I had been a loyal customer of this barbershop for over a year, always going to the same stylist. Yesterday’s experience was so bad that I will never come back.
At around 1 PM, I came in person to book an appointment for 4 PM with my usual female barber. On site, they confirmed she would be available at 4 PM.
I returned at 4:03 PM, only to find her working on someone else. I was told it would take another 15–20 minutes, and then she would go on her lunch break for another 15–20 minutes. They casually offered me a different barber, as if my booking meant nothing.
This is not just bad service — it’s a complete lack of respect for customers. They clearly can’t manage schedules, don’t care about loyal clients, and have zero professionalism. For a place that calls itself “deluxe,” the reality is closer to “disorganized and careless.”
If you value your time and expect basic respect for your booking, avoid this place. There are plenty of barbershops in the city that actually know how to treat...
Read moreI was looking for a haircut and found this place through Google Maps. I decided to give it a try. The barber was a lady, and I chose the haircut and shampoo set. At first, I was a bit cautious, but once she started using the scissors, I could see her skill right away. The haircut was clean and well done. I later added a shave, and that was great too — nice warm and cool towel wraps, very comfortable and refreshing. Overall, I’m really satisfied with the service. I tipped around 20%. Since I’m getting my haircut in Vietnam, just a small thought — I think they could easily get more tips from foreign customers if they engaged a bit more in conversation. Maybe sharing about local culture, Ho Chi Minh City, or the barbering scene here. Of course, not everyone likes to chat, but a little communication can make the experience even better. And ofc, offering a cup of hot green tea or water would not hurt the business. Again, haircut and shave were excellent. I’d definitely...
Read moreThe vibe here is great. The staff is also amazing. The spot is located on the 6th floor. Enter in from the coffee shop on the street and look for the elevator on your left. Once inside you’ll be immediately greeted and be ready for hip hop. It’s 2pac or Biggie Small’s on deck most likely. If that’s not your thing or you have kids well..... moving on. There’s 4 chairs to get your hair done but some seriously skilled barbers. While you wait you can grab a drink or a beer from the fridge. Sit back in the lounge chairs or play some pool. Maybe it’s time for a Tattoo? You can do that here too. Not your thing? How about some last minute shopping? Not sure if they have my size but you might be lucky. I highly recommend if you are in need of some self care or a hair cut to drop in here. A shave here is also great. For more photos and travel tips or questions you can get me on most social networks...
