We visited A Lam Bistro to give it a try, and while the food and ambiance were good, our experience was slightly let down by the service and billing issues. The main disappointment came with the promotion—when we ordered from the menu, the promotion wasn’t mentioned or explained to us. It was only after we noticed a promotion sign on the table later that we asked about it, which was frustrating. The staff seemed untrained and not very competent, which detracted from what could have been a great experience.

At the end, we managed to sort it out, but only because we insisted that the waiter check with the counter. She was hesitant to go at first, which added to the overall feeling of poor service. Over all, this restaurant is in a good location with comfortable seating, but needs some improvement on the service and operations. Last night, I came and ended up ordering a dish that i wasnt plan to order, because the dish i was told the dish I wanted only for breakfast. The shaking beef i ordered was marginally ok, the sauce overpowered the beef , the beef was pretty chewy. I came back this morning for breakfast because i craved for a dish. Guess what, the restaurant was NOT open, the lock was still there the door locked. I checked google and it said open from 7am-9pm! You are being warned, this restaurant will manage to disappoint you one...
