Disappointing Experience – Staff Needs Urgent Improvement

Although this restaurant is part of the hotel, it seems to be operated independently – and unfortunately, it shows. The experience was far from pleasant: when we simply wanted to cool down with a couple of drinks and some ice cream, the staff reacted in a rude and dismissive way. Comments like “No food?” or “Only two drinks and ice cream?” made us feel unwelcome and judged.

This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a place associated with a hotel. Guests shouldn’t feel pressured to order a full meal just to be treated with basic courtesy. My honest recommendation to the management: replace or properly train the staff. This is not how...
