Quán Út (Bánh Xèo Nem Lụi) — Restaurant in Ninh Bình

Great food and near the train station! We were pleasantly surprised with how great everything was! It’s a very local establishment, very clean, and does not lack in unique flavor! I’d highly recommend stopping in for either lunch or something sweet.

Bánh xèo = Great. I had never had pineapple as a garnish with my bánh xèo, but it is surprisingly good!

Nem Lụi = Also great! I was skeptical as I tiptoe around local meat lately, but it was very good!

Sữa Chua Caramen = Phenomenal! Having spent most of my time in the Center and South of Vietnam I had never had this sweet before....
