Mr Seafood — Restaurant in Phú Quốc

So many stalls at the night market with not a lot of customers so we went into the shop where there are customers already- looked safe.

You can sit outside (in the middle of the night market) or sit inside the ac-ed restaurant. We sat outside as it wasn’t very hot on the night we went.

Seafood was fresh, pretty tasty. For our lobster, I appreciated they let us have 2 different sauces. Besides lobster and squid in the photo, we also had half kg of scallop (5 pcs) but didn’t take pic. They were all good but my fav was the squid.

⭐ Worst dining experience ever. We came as a family of 9. The staff told us to wait, so we assumed they were arranging a table. After 15 minutes, another family who arrived after us got seated first. When we asked why, we were suddenly told we should have taken a ticket at the front desk — something no one bothered to tell us! Instead of fixing their mistake, the staff argued with us and then offered only to split us across two separate tables. Unbelievable. We left angry and disappointed. Bright, clean, fresh air conditioned restaurant. The food was great! You can pick your seafood and get it cooked. Highly recommend the grilled squid. The fried rice and veggies are delicious too, served complimentary with seafood. The suspeciously high google rating is because a 5* review gets you a free beer. Don't let that put you off.
