A horrible experience. I love Korean food and my client recommended a restaurant near where I work. I am very happy and excited about the experience. But, the boss there discriminates completely differently. They only focus on Korean guests (may only see them once a year). I ordered the noodles and it was really sour. I struggled to ring the bell on the call desk to ask if there was a way to change the taste (in restaurants, the staff will guide me). But in exchange it was silence and I couldn't eat any more. If it was at Korean Eat restaurant, everything would be different, the owner or manager would come to explain or find a solution for me. I don't mind paying in exchange for something else I can eat. I saw an elderly man visiting Korean guests next to my table, and I thought he would ask about me. But no, he used English to talk to another table and ignored me. Located on the second floor of the building. Walked in and was greeted by staff but they seemed surprised we were there at 11:30 am. Sat down and looked thru the menu. Prices are quite high for the area but less than what I'm used to in Los Angeles. I pressed the button to call for staff. Waited about 10 minutes and realized no one was coming. The food here is a tantalizing feast for the senses, bursting with flavor and aroma, except when they ruin it by serving us raw meat. The food also bears no resemblance to what we ordered from the menu, as if they just threw together whatever scraps they had in the kitchen. The whole place is a chaotic mess, with only three helpless servers scrambling to attend to a horde of hungry and angry customers. For that reason, it takes an eternity to finally receive our meal, which by then has lost all its appeal...
