We were directed to this restaurant as the opposite one was full and waiting time for the next table was very long. This was for lunch on a Sunday. The food in Viet Kitchen was delicious and surprisingly nice for me. There was 4 of us and we ordered 3 main dishes and 1 melon soup. I especially liked the egg pancake with the rice paper wrap. It was light and delicious. Pancake was crispy and loaded with seafood and bean sprouts. The other dish that I liked was the Bun Cha with pork and meatballs. The pork was tender and well marinated. Meatballs were awesome too. We were too hungry and only remembered to take photos of them but as shared in the post we finished everything that was served. So, the food was good indeed. We came here because we didn’t want to have seafood, just wanted to have some basic Vietnamese food. Nothing write home or cry home about.

Service was really really slow but to be fair the restaurant was packed as it was raining when we went.

I thought the food was ok but my husband said the pork was too porky (u know what I mean .. like they aren’t very fresh) and too salty.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive.
