Issues with this restaurant (sorry about the rant): We ordered beer and it was served in a warm can with ice. The cans weren't even a fridge. We wanted wine and there was no Red or White wine (it was on the menu) We wanted Coke and there was none (it was on the menu) We went to the shop downstairs and bought cold beer and there was a fridge full of Coke - why couldn't the lazy staff go down and get Coke instead of being on their phones or chatting. We ordered rice, and even Google translated to Vietnamese to ensure we got rice, and surprise surprise the rice didn't come. The waitress said sorry I forgot. We ordered a green curry and specifically asked for it to be spicy. The green curry came and it was not spicy at all and had ZERO sauce in it. Green curries are saucy with Coconut milk - look it up Chef. We ordered 2 Pad Thai and a Red Curry for people who don't like spice. The Pad Thai was spicy which it is not supposed to be. We specifically asked for food to be served as starters and mains/entrees. Again we used Google translate to confirm this. Mains came with the starters.
Positive things: The Starters were tasty - thats it and that is all.
Terribly disappointing, and any reference to Thai/Thailand should be removed...

The grocery has limited options. How can this store selling pasta and spaghetti noodles but not selling any Tomato Sauce or Spaghetti Sauce. When opted to ask the staff regarding this item, the staff shown the chili sauce and mentioned it is same same. What? Chili sauce to make your spaghetti sauce?
Theatre house is very small. Inside has a foul smell. Toilet unhygienic and have a foul odor as well. Price ticket pricey compare in other places in Vietnam (e.g. Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Danang). Limited movie offer and mostly Dubbed in Vietnamese. How can you attract your foreigner visitors if you will only showing dubbed films in local language?
Thai restaurant very pricey and unpalatable. Such a waste of money to enjoy any dish on this restaurant. Better try other Thai restaurant in Duong Dong town (e.g. Thai Restaurant in Dusit Resort).
Overall, this place trying to be a decent shopping mall but could not...
