Read moreWasn't very impressed with this place. Poor service. Prices are extreme. And a hectic environment. Definitely have had better lobster at a cheaper price. And the lobster was same. Id skip this place. Total tourist trap.
Thanks for the reply. But those are just my honest feelings. Price for a lobster was 1000000 dong for a pretty small one( estimated based off of size .3kg) If you let guest know the daily price it would maybe help ya. But still feel like it was a tourist trap (not all vietnamese live on the island and most traveled here which means they are tourists) as the service was poor, Had to ask for my items multiple times and items were completely forgotten. I didn't really mind the noise. Got a lobster at least 1/3 bigger for 750,000 (size .5kg) and they gave the grams of the lobster which was not included at your location. Also, I was able to select the live lobster at the other place so don't really understand your fresh vs live. Also, your on an island so the supply is plentiful so once again, I totally stand by the poor review. Hope this helps! Ps I given 5 stars to almost all the other places I have visited on the island and am a chef back home. As always review are given in hopes that you get better but your response was lacking at best. Tourist trap. Finally, all your reviews are from local guides which get a kick back for bring you to this location which is the most expensive location and your prices are not clearly labeled in your menu or on the tanks, maybe you should...

We had such an amazing dining experience at Xin Chào Seafood during our trip to Phú Quốc. From start to finish, everything was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
One of the highlights for us was the manta. We ordered a lot of it, and every single plate was spot-on — perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. You could really taste the freshness of the seafood, which is exactly what you want when eating by the ocean.
The cobia was another standout. It had a beautiful texture and a clean, rich taste that really showcased how good Vietnamese seafood can be. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right — simple, so the natural flavor could shine.
We didn’t just stick to seafood, though — the chicken was also excellent. Moist, flavorful, and well-seasoned, it balanced out the meal perfectly and showed that the kitchen handles more than just seafood exceptionally well.
The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and the setting was relaxing, with a nice local feel and a view that really reminds you you’re on an island. Everything felt fresh, from the ingredients to the atmosphere.
Overall, Xin Chào Seafood is the kind of place that makes you want to come back before you’ve even finished your meal. If you’re in Phú Quốc and want truly fresh seafood (and great chicken too), this is absolutely...
