I gave this place a try as there are so many positive reviews. Well I either picked the wrong dishes or the chef was of his or her game. The restaurant atmosphere kinda reminds of a post Russian nuclear war place, in other words cold and sterile. So I ordered the shredded chicken salad. It's supposed to be shredded not junked dry chicken. And the chicken should be tossed in a fish sauce with chillies. It was a rather sad version of a salad I love so much. Then I had the stir fried pork belly with shrimp paste and banana flower. They got the dish in reverse, I received shrimp paste as the dominant flavor with under cooked pork belly and raw banana flower and raw egg plant with rice. I had the absolute pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a modern and clean interior that created the perfect ambiance for an enjoyable dining experience.

The hot pot was delicious. I especially loved the flavorful broth.

What really made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service provided throughout the meal. The staff were attentive and accommodating, making sure our hot pot remained at the perfect temperature.

After reading so many 5* reviews,we decided to keep our last night stay dinner in Phu Quoc as our hotel Seashell is only next door. It is a big restaurant,very clean and comfy seating. The glass tanks that keep live seafood is pretty empty, not much seafood to choose from service is friendly but can't communicate in English.--4* The foods is medicore, taste are towards sweet side. The only dish that are up to standard is the fish and their seafood sauce.
