Nando's Arcades — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

I’m really disappointed with how Nando’s standards have dropped. Today I ordered lunch and the food honestly tasted like it was from yesterday. This isn’t the first time either.. I’ve noticed it on several occasions but brushed it off.

What makes it worse is that Nando’s used to stand out because of quality, flavor, and consistency. Now the meals feel rushed, with little to no spice or sauce… nothing close to the Nando’s we knew. At this point the food feels below average, which is sad for a brand that built its reputation on flavor.

Please, pull your socks up. Customers still come to Nando’s expecting quality and effort in every meal. Right now, it feels like...
