I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lusaka, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and professional welcome that set the tone for a remarkable experience.

The hotel's ambiance is elegant and sophisticated, with tasteful decor that exudes luxury. The attention to detail in the design and furnishings creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the property. The lobby area is spacious and beautifully appointed, giving a glimpse of the level of service to expect during the stay.

The rooms at the Radisson Blu Hotel are nothing short of exceptional. I stayed in a well-appointed and meticulously maintained room that was a perfect blend of style and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The room was equipped with modern technology, including a large flat-screen TV and high-speed internet access, which added to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay.

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. The level of service provided was truly outstanding, and it was evident that guest satisfaction was a top priority for the staff.

One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience at the hotel's restaurants. The variety and quality of the food offered were exceptional. The breakfast buffet was extensive, featuring a wide array of delicious options to suit every palate. The restaurants also offered a diverse menu for lunch and dinner, with flavors from around the world. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made dining a pleasure, and the ambiance of the restaurants was inviting and comfortable.

The Radisson Blu Hotel also boasts excellent leisure facilities. The fitness center is well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines while traveling. Additionally, the outdoor pool area is a tranquil oasis, perfect for relaxation and unwinding after a busy day.

In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated in Lusaka, with easy access to major attractions and business districts. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, the hotel's central location makes it a convenient base from which to explore the city.

In conclusion, my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lusaka was truly exceptional. The luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, delectable dining options, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent...

I left this hotel in tears.! Initially this seemed a good spot. Two weeks into a five week stay someone went through my wallet and took all US dollars; $1300, but left everything else. Now I will say that I may have left safe unlocked and I relied on the idea that staff are not allowed entry in drawers and closets.Hotel security and General Manager Carsten Wappler kept repeating to me that this was an alleged crime and I get that. I never thought for once I would ever see my money returned nor did I expect the hotel would give me that money, but what I did expect was for the hotel to at least make me more comfortable, offer me say a room change; it is not comfortable to stay in room that was violated, or take care of maybe my laundry bill. I have travelled to over 30 countries and the only other thing I had stolen was a shaver and the hotel manager there personally replaced it and bought me dinner. Could they have offered an olive branch? The other issues I have are the chairs and tables in dining areas are filthy as well as the pool. The front desk staff can't seem to manage to check you out of hotel if you have a letter that states no VAT charge and they are not friendly, the check out in the end took four times to the desk which is really four days after which they had to reimburse me for overcharging me the first time they tried to bill me out. Customer service non existent. They could care less.! If I could have scored this hotel a zero I would, but to be sure I will stay elsewhere when I come back and I will do my best to make sure the Embassy uses this hotel only if there are no other options. I will also never stay at another Radisson and I will do my best to persuade others to do the same. Radisson...

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Lusaka in May, 2016. Before flying to Lusaka, I took some time to google some pictures of the place to have a fair idea about the place I was going to lodge. The pictures I saw online looked good so I decided to give the place a try.

Upon arrival at the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, the hotel's driver was already there to pick me up to the place. The driver was polite and professional. To make the journey from the airport to the hotel interesting, the driver provided me with free WiFi in the bus which i used to stay connected with family and friends whilst on the road.

Got to the hotel and check-in went on smoothly. The front staff knew their work and were very friendly. I had some interesting chats with them even before checking-in into my room. The concierge were very helpful.

I stayed in a standard but the room size and facilities looked more of an executive room. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned.

Often, I would visit the poolside and bar in the evenings after the days' activities. The poolside looks very nice and well constructed, with a mini bar inside the pool.

There is a big shopping mall right across the street so no need to drive all the way to town for stuffs.

One thing I enjoyed was the live band performance in the restaurant. They have various kinds of food. Buffet in the mornings and evenings; and they taste nice too.

The architecture is thrilling. I wish they keep up with the good work. Whenever I travel to Lusaka, I'm sure going to stay at Radisson Blu.

The only problem I had was my jacuzzi bathtub leaving. Aside that, everything was so on point. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a 5-star hotel to...

This is a five year old Radisson Blu at the heart of Lusaka City and is a premium meeting or leisure venue. The architecture is beautiful as the space is expansive hence minimal high rise buildings. The hospitality is excellent and the conference rooms elegant. Catering is definitely 5 star and the cuisine available is both continental with touches of Zambian cuisine. For breakfast the downside is that the small some does not allow live cooking due to the design/ventilation. Everything else is exactly as any other Radisson Blu Hotel although the Nairobi hotel still seems much more beautiful probably due to the newness. I also did not see decor that I can say is Zambian in nature i.e to sort of authentic Zambian decor. The parking is massive and unlike in Kenya there is NO invasive security check as you enter into the hotel. Zambia is a safe and peaceful country.

All the staffs are amazing mostly Grace at the reception, she was so helpful. Breakfast wasn't so good and most of the rooms needed serious maintenance. Johan Klang, It's unfortunate how you responded so quickly to my review but never replied to booking.com for a refund due to the one night I paid for but didn't show up. I called the hotel two days before to inform them that I will not be able to make it to the hotel on the 30th of December due to a flight delay. I was asked to contact booking.com and also wait till the 30th and call back which I did. Booking.com sent emails to you and yet never respond to any of the emails. My reservation No. for this Booking is 12910617 and I paid for the 30th Dec. - 3rd January. But only stayed from the 31st Dec - 3rd January. I hope you get to see this review, as this might be the only way we can communicate. Thanks.
