I took my daughter for a filling 2 months ago. She was really excited about it until the dentist hurt & then she refused to go back. When I asked for my K750 back today the following conversation occurred. I was at east park mall and saw this place so I decided to clean my teeth, but before that I phoned them and ask how much and if I need an appointment, lady who picked the phone said it’s 800 and I can walk in anytime, anyways I went when I was filling the card I was told charge is 800 to 1000, I was fine , then they called me in , when doctor came asked me few question and one of the question was did they tell you how much . so I said yes 800 to 1000. But then he said it will cost 1200 , I was shocked coz my teeth were not even that bad it’s just needed normal cleaning. Because it was only 6 months ago I went to clean it. So I asked why the price is keep changing from phone to reception to doctor . Anyways I decided to walk out and doctor was asking the receptionist how much I was told so lady said 800 to 1000 but doctor said no it’s 1200. I just adviced them to keep one price , so while I was leaving they asked me to pay consultation fee 🤣, which didn’t even happened .well doctor didn’t even touched me and they wanted consultation fee. Horrible experience!! The last time I visited this place last year, I had a really good dentist who met my needs. I decided to go there this year for teeth filling and the dentist that attended to me had bad customer service, he seemed in a hurry when I was clearly the first client I had. He scratched my other teeth, they are rough and the filling clearly was not done properly because I have been feeling the sharpness in the edges of my teeth that were filled, which you can imagine is very uncomfortable. This was so unprofessional and after this he did not even hand me a paper towel to clean my face due to his roughness . I had a lot of white substance on my face which has never happened before..
