Poligoni Action Target — Attraction in Tirana Municipality

I recently visited this shooting range with high expectations, hoping for a fun and memorable experience. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable outing was completely overshadowed by the appalling behavior and lack of professionalism from one of the instructors.

When it was our turn, my partner and I were called in. I went first - upon entering the shooting area, I was instructed to wear ear defenders, which blocked out most of the sound. The instructor then gave a very brief safety briefing—about 10 seconds long—while speaking in Albanian. I couldn’t understand and politely asked if he could repeat the instructions in English.

Shockingly, he responded by throwing the gun down and shouting at me, demanding to know why I hadn’t asked earlier and falsely claiming I had greeted him in Albanian—something that never happened, as I don’t speak a word of the language. His outburst was completely uncalled for and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable.

He then continued shouting, complaining that he had been working since 11 a.m., was tired, and just wanted to go home. This unprofessional and inappropriate rant made it clear he was taking his personal frustration out on me, a paying customer.

When he finally repeated the safety instructions in English, he asked me to place my hands on the gun. Prior to entering, there had been clear signage instructing visitors not to touch the trigger until told to do so. Following those instructions, I kept my finger off the trigger. In response, the instructor aggressively grabbed my hands, forced my finger onto the trigger, and shouted at me for not doing it sooner. I was following their own posted safety rules, yet was treated as if I had done something wrong.

To make matters worse, at no point were we provided with protective eyewear. During the shooting, a spent casing flew up and hit me in the face. Eye protection is a basic and critical safety measure in any shooting environment, and it was alarming that this was completely overlooked. This could have resulted in a serious injury.

By this point, I was visibly shaken and deeply distressed. I completed just one round before telling them I did not wish to continue. The entire experience, which should have been fun and safe, was instead stressful and intimidating.

This was not only a deeply disappointing visit but also a concerning one from a safety perspective. I would not recommend this range to others due to the instructor’s unacceptable behavior and the lack of proper safety precautions. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and protected by appropriate safety protocols, especially in an environment involving firearms.

​I recently visited the shooting center and had an absolutely fantastic time. Whether you're a seasoned marksman or a complete beginner curious about firearms, this is the place to go. The entire experience was professional, safe, and incredibly thrilling.

​The first thing that impressed me was the staff. The instructors were exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and put a strong emphasis on safety from the moment I walked in. They provided a clear and thorough safety briefing, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and confident before handling a firearm. Their one-on-one guidance during the shooting session was invaluable, helping me improve my stance and aim.

​The range itself is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. They offer an impressive selection of firearms to choose from, ranging from pistols to rifles, so there's something for every interest level. The equipment was in excellent condition, and the entire facility felt secure and well-organized.

​Overall, I can't recommend this place enough. It's a perfect spot for an exciting day out with friends, a unique team-building activity, or just for anyone looking to try something new in a safe and controlled environment. I'm already planning...

So much potential but sadly quite a bad shooting range. The place itself looks very professional, good lounge area & a very modern shooting range. Sadly the staff really let's this place down. Firstly the girl at the counter told me we could shoot an AUG (as was also mentioned on the website and as you can see on pictures here on google) but this was actually not possible this day, next to that we found out she actually had no idea what an AUG was and had zero experience within the field. Nice to see they just hire a pretty staff member that doesn't know anything about where she is working. The instructors on the range don't explain anything at all, I've been to a shooting range before for less money where they carefully explain everything and make sure you know what you are doing, but this place is just the fast food of shooting ranges, they try to get as many people to get through as possible so they don't explain anything and just let you shoot and then quickly put in the next person. I really don't recommend this place unless you are already well experienced.
