The food is simply INCREDIBLE. By far the best tasting dishes we tried in Tirana, everything is made to order, the shop is tremendously clean and the owner extremely polite. You can chose the meat you want and it is served with bread, yogurt and cabbage,-that’s it. Simplicity is key. Please do yourself a favor and pay a visit, you will not be disappointed. Prices are maybe the best in Tirana- one pljeskavitsa with yogurt, lettuce and bread costs 3€, a normal person needs 1 but if you eat a lot, 2 portions are gonna be enough...

Got sick after eating this. I should have walked away when I saw the guy sweating profusely in front of the grill.

He was using his bare hands to grill the meat and warm up the bread. He was using the same bare hands (no gloves) to accept and exchange cash. This is a cash only only establishment.

It's been 4 days with fever and headache. I urge everyone to think twice before eating here unless you love added extra seasoning of salty sweat and unknown virus from...

On the outside, it's very unattractive, and you may have second thoughts on eating there. Trust me, you have to give it a try. The food is extremely tasty and very clean. Also, the owner is very friendly and polite. Last but not least, it is very affordable (a portion can cost a maximum 3-4€). I stayed 3 days in tirana and I ate there twice. It was worth every penny and every minute of walking. Do yourself a favor...

Really cute traditional style, queue was a few people deep which is always a good sign, small menu of deliciously grilled meats. Hearty, fresh and filling and great prices. Friendly staff too!

This place was recommended by a local and it didn’t disappoint. The more traditional taste of Gjakovë in Blokku! Really cute traditional style, queue was a few people deep which is always a good sign, small menu of deliciously grilled meats. Hearty, fresh and filling and great prices. Friendly staff too!
