I would give this place a 0 star for service if I could !!!!!!
We fancied a pizza so came to this place as the food looked good. We sat down and waited for someone to take our order but the 6 waiters chatting in the corner were far too busy gossiping. Eventually, we got a waiter’s attention and I asked what vegetables were on the vegetarian pizza. The your lad with bark curly hair replied” cheese and tomato. So a margarita then ! 🙄 I asked if he could find out and he walked over to the bar, moving a few bottles of wine and grabbing someone else’s dish he eventually came back to our table trying to find a photo of the vegetarian pizza. This went on for over 10 Minutes!!!!!!!! Eventually I asked if there was anyone else who could help him as he was clearly struggling to ask for help off the other members of staff. I named a few vegetables that you may find on a vegetable pizza but he wasn’t replying 🙄 maybe on FB?! After what seemed like eternity he told me it had papers and tomatoes. I actually gave up and ordered an alternative pizza and 2 beers. Unfortunately 🙄 there beers are bark local beers so we changed that to water.
To be fair the pizza was good.
When we asked for our bill it came up with 2 beers but the waiter said that he had written the correct amount on the top of the bill. We checked the amount and it was 100 LK over so we went up to the bar to pay and told them the bill was slightly over. A young lady got involved and told us the extra amount was for the bead? We said we never had any bread but she told us that was for the bread we had for making the pizza 😂 I pointed out that the price of the pizza on the menu was in fact just for the vegetables then?????? She changed her mind and told us the charge was for the cutlery we used 🤔 Wow that’s a new charge. They also admitted they had charged us for 3 people on the bill 🤷🏼♂️ Honestly, the staff were embarrassing! I get there is a difference in language but the staff don’t even know the basics!!!!!!!
On the way out a couple asked us how the food was and we advised against eating there 🤷🏻♀️ but what...

Read moreI had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The food was mediocre at best, and honestly, even below average. I ordered the cacio e pepe pasta, while my fiancée opted for the risotto with chicken and vegetables. Our meals took an unusually long time to arrive, and when the waiter finally brought my dish, it wasn't even the right one. Instead of the cacio e pepe, I was served tagliatelle with mushrooms, and I was told the cacio e pepe would take "too long" to prepare. This is something that is typically clarified in the beginning so the customer has the option to accept the wait OR choose another dish more fitting to their taste. I went ahead and tried the tagliatelle, but it was disappointing. It was underseasoned, undercooked, and overall bland. I'd rate it a solid 3/10. As for my fiancée’s risotto, it was an absolute letdown. The rice was mushy, and the dish was reminiscent of those pre-packaged, store-bought rice meals, the kind that comes with pre-made sauce and just gets slopped together with little care. There was barely any chicken, and the vegetables were minimal. The portion size was laughably small, more akin to a kid’s meal than something you'd expect at a restaurant. To top it off, the bread they served (four plain, unseasoned slices) wasn't complimentary, despite being brought to the table without us requesting any. We were charged around 160 lek for that. The atmosphere and cleanliness were fine, but the food was an absolute letdown. Honestly, this place was a -200/10 on the food scale, and I won’t be returning...
