Mr Le's Vietnamese Food — Attraction in Adelaide

Popped into this wee hidden gem whilst was getting stuff from Brighton Irrigation. Cant say enough about how good the place is, to beautiful lovely lasses serving you with big smiles. So when you think your having a bad day as hit a water pipe, you at least get a very friendly welcome and service and leave with a smile. The rolls for the Banh Mi are nice and soft, meat was perfect, i personally always ask for extra chilli and coriander. I also went for the meal deal and got a drink and donut. The donut was lovely and soft as well. Was goin to keep it for lunch but the smells were to tempting so morning break instead. Always a stop for lunch when i head in that way for sure. For $15 you get a meal deal, Banh Mi with drink and donut which is great as they are other places around that charge you over $15 for just a Banh Mi. So your better off...

Food Good, but tried overcharding me, just out of nowhere quoting a higher price when paying,

Respons to Answer Your price board shows "Meal Deal" as a Bahn Mi Roll + Cool Drink + Donut for $15, i was charged $16 which is then an overcharge, to then tell me the Chrispy Chicken is more expensive is an attempt to exlain away or justify the overcharge. The board does specify that a combination roll is $1 more, no mention of the Crispy Chicken being an extra $1. The $1 was not waived, i simply refused to pay the extra $1, stating that i am willing to pay the advertised price or i am cancelling the order. It is not about the $1, it is a matter of an advertised price vs the charged price. Suggest you correct your price board to mention the Chrispy Chicken will incur a $1 extra charge as what was done re the combination...

I have been going to Mr Lee’s since Fong opened his doors and let me tell you this guy knows his Vietnamese food, especially Bahn Mi- they are the best I have had in Adelaide and the lunch time line ups of teachers and tradies will agree. The fried chicken packs are amazing with the lemon sauce and such great value and do not get me started about the chocolate donuts and noodle salads! The meal deals are fantastic and very well priced and paying cash means a discount, good old fashioned discount! The service is friendly and very efficient. Go to this place....... you won’t be disappointed believe me, Fong is a great fella and is doing a ripping trade with ripping food. Need to be more places like this...
