Typo — Attraction in Adelaide

Let me start by saying I love Typo as a Brand and my Step Daughter and I both love shopping there, they have an awesome variety of good quality products. It's the service I received yesterday I take an issue with. I was there Yesterday afternoon around 4:15-4:45 ish, not sure exactly what time. We were not greeted by anyone the entire time we were in the store and we were looking around and for some time. When we did go to the counter the girl did not serve us straight away and when she did, she did not say a single word to us. She scanned our items, then reached out her hand and took the gift voucher from me and processed the sale in complete silence. Towards the end of the sale I attempted to ask her if I could give her my Perks card, she cut me off stating ..."I would have had to of done that before you paid for it"... I advised her she should ask next time. It was disappointing as we had just bought multipul items in both Factorie and Cotton on (which are part of the same company as Typo) where we had positive shopping and customer service experiences. I don't like to give poor reviews as a rule, but she was so very rude. That is why my score is so...

I wanted to take a moment to commend Senna and Kelvin, for their outstanding customer service during my recent visit to Typo.

Their ability to connect genuinely with customers stood out immediately. Both were warm, approachable, and went above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and enjoyable. It was clear they weren’t just doing a job and they genuinely cared about the people they were serving.

Have been a loyal customer for many years. I have got fed up seeing Pugs everywhere & I don't like it. Please change dog breeds like Schnauzers or Saint Bernards or Rotties. I have collected Schnauzer items for many years since I became a Life Member of this club. I have been using the Smooth Operator black pens. When I use them up (with no ink left)they should have a recycle system in. After a about 10 or more,the customer should get a certain discount for...
