This is the second time I came here with my mother and son. The blonde barista (Emma) is the most rude I have ever come across. The first time I was there she gave me the most horrid look as if I had personally offended her somehow by simply just being there. The second time, today, she called everyone for their drinks when they were ready except for mine. She had someone else walk out and around to find out who's drinks they were. And yes, she did definitely see me and know who's they were. I was also the only one left there waiting. She just didn't want to acknowledge me as a customer.

And the response I get basically invalidating a paying customers horrible experience is extremely unprofessional on the company's end. Just because she has worked there a long time and you most likely know her personally, does not mean she treats everyone fairly when you are not there to witness it. I however do have a witness who was also shocked at the service provided. There are also ALOT of one star reviews for this place but are hidden and only the higher ranking are shown. Maybe go review them as well and you'll notice Im not alone in this rating.

You are right though it is harldy worth a one star, only reason I even put one is because I can not give zero stars, especially seeing as how you don't care how customers are treated and invalidate them as you have.

Instead of writing a defensive response and trying to gaslight customers, maybe take the time to better train the staff or get more staff as to not " have floor staff...

Hubby and I went to get juices two days ago...I have a cancer so I have to be strict on my diet and was looking forward for my juice especially the celery in it, when that was ready..I noticed the girl has not put any so I asked her why there is no celery? Answer: Because the juicer doesn't like it... Really happy to know what the juicer likes or not!

Well we paid for juices, we would like them to be as they are written on the menu which is the reason why we ordered them..when I told her, she put a little bit in the juicer..emptied my cup a little bit and put some more apple..I could not even be bothered to tell her about cucumber and spinach that she also totally avoided, my partner had ingredients missing in his also .She totally did not care..and was happy to go home ASAP and not care about cleaning the celery in the juicer or whatever...

Delicious food but disappointing service. We ordered a big breakfast and breakfast burger and were sitting just outside the cafe. Our food was served in takeaway boxes which we weren’t given a heads up about, if they had just said they can’t do plates and cutlery outside the cafe we would have waited for a table. Once we were given the take away and explained that it’s takeaway only outside the cafe I saw there was now a free table and said could we sit in and get some plates and cutlery please. The staff member seemed very put out by this request and was quite rude. We then asked for some butter for the toast and again, the staff member had a lot of attitude. I understand it’s a full on time to be in the service industry (which I work in too) but when I’m paying for a meal on my one day off a smile and a friendlier approach...
