I recently visited Yochi and had an amazing experience, largely due to Rebecca. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the self-service frozen yogurt options available, which made my visit so much more enjoyable.
From the moment I walked in, Rebecca greeted me with a friendly smile and took the time to explain how the self-service station worked. She was well-versed in all the different flavors, and her enthusiasm was contagious. When I asked for recommendations, she confidently suggested a few unique combinations that I wouldn't have thought to try, and they turned out to be delicious!
What impressed me the most was Rebecca's ability to share detailed information about the ingredients and the nutritional aspects of each flavor. She even mentioned which toppings paired best with specific yogurts, helping me create the perfect treat. Her passion for frozen yogurt was evident, and it made the whole experience feel personalized.
Throughout my time there, Rebecca was always nearby, making sure everything was clean and well-stocked. She was attentive without being overbearing, checking in just enough to ensure I was happy with my choices. Overall, Rebecca’s extreme knowledge and friendly service made my visit to Yochi truly special. I can't wait to go back and try more of her...
Read moreThere are few things in life that bring me pure, unadulterated joy, but frozen yogurt? Oh, that’s a love affair I never saw coming.
It all started when I was ten. My mother, in her endless quest to balance health and indulgence, took me to this small frozen yogurt shop nestled between a laundromat and a used bookstore. My mom nudged me forward. “Go ahead, pick whatever you like.”
Now, for a child who had spent her entire life conditioned to believe that ice cream was the ultimate treat, this felt like betrayal. Ice cream was king. Ice cream was sacred. But the curiosity in me won over, and I tentatively pulled the lever on the strawberry yogurt machine. The pink swirl spiraled into my cup, delicate...
Read moreIt's my first time here and will not be back. You can not say there is service as you do everything yourself and pay a huge amount for frozen yoghurt. Nearly had a heart attack when I was told the price and should have left but paid and know better than to get drawn into this style again. I am very glad to see there are many people happy to pay huge prices for do it yourself treats. Trying to get the toppings was difficult as you are reaching over to other plates, so you are dripping and dropping things. Clean space, with lots of room. Personally, it's not my preference for treating myself and spending that amount. To top it off, I had an upset stomach after, so I am cautious of open choose your own toppings and multiple people using the same spoons...
