Disappointing service, amazing food. When we entered, we waited for about 5 minutes at the door, while all three waiters and waitresses walked past us, gave us eye contact and continued clearing tables etc. When one finally came to us, she said it would be a very long wait on food as they were very busy (the place looked half empty) and when we said we didnt mind, she just said 'oh' and looked at us displeased until we pointed to a table to ask if we could sit there. We later heard this same waitress warn off other walk ins when it was definitely not busy. It took about 20min to be seen to to order a drink, and they bolted off before we could order our food. It was only when we bailed up a waiter to ask if we order at the bar, that our order finally got taken. The waiter barely let me speak while ordering, and half way through he ran off to get someone else a takeaway container and returned to take the rest of our order. Our food came pretty quick, and it was delicious, but we were never seen to again to order any extra drinks, and when we again hunter down a waitress to order an extra drink it never came, and they never apologised. Another table near us with a family of 4 were only able to order drinks and waited over 30min before someone came to ask about their food order. They ended up walking out due to the terrible service. A shame, coz the food and location is amazing. Clearly understaffed with only 3 people on, and some pretty poor service for only being at about half the capacity! Hope they improve this because we'd love to come back to eat...

The taste of the food was also disappointing, as it lacked the authentic Mexican flavor I had experienced before. It was excessively heavy and greasy.

Regrettably, I couldn't even finish my meal because I started feeling unwell. It seemed like I had consumed something that didn't agree with me, as I fell sick afterwards. Upon entry both hand santisers were empty. It took a long time for acknowledgement that we were waiting to be seated. Our booking (via the net) was not acknowledged or confirmed, lucky they could accommodate our numbers. Caucasian Waitress was great in that she remembered all our order from a table of 9 without writing it down.... wow love seeing this. Beer menu wasnt clear written, upon asking, the waiter didnt really know so I went to the bar to finalise my decision. Most meals came out all together which was great, would of been nice to be asked if everyone had what they needed and if there was anything else they could get for us as 2 people on our table needed to get up to get additional condiments. Tabasco sauces was out of date. Some drink orders took a long time to come out. Even the first initial drink order took a long time to take. This is where restaurants make their money, in drinks, should be topping up, and pushing them hard and fast. Needed to ask to replace our empty water bottles. The toilets were not very pleasant.
