To the owner of this food court venue,

When customers dine in a food court, they typically seek simplicity and speed, not necessarily gourmet experiences. However, your establishment consistently serves food with average taste, but an excessive amount of MSG, all while offering dreadful customer service. Rude behavior from your staff has sadly become the standard practice.

Today, we made a routine request to substitute regular noodles with rice noodles, something we've always done. To our surprise, the staff replied, "You can't do that; I've been working here for a long time, and I've never seen you before."

Additionally, when we asked for a fork, the response was equally impolite, with the employee impatiently tossing it onto the counter. This distasteful act was witnessed by other customers, further highlighting the shocking lack of courtesy.

It's regrettable that your employee seems to dislike their job. In its current state, this place certainly does not justify our...

Centre staff member.

Tried here twice - both times disappointing. Was charged $6 for extra chicken which appeared to come from a frozen bag. There wasn't nearly enough chicken in the roll either - despite staff meticulously weighing it.

The roll was poorly put together and by the time I'd unwrapped the plastic, the whole thing fell apart on my lap. It was a greasy, dripping mess.

The meat inside the dumplings was laughably small, I couldn't even taste it. The wait time is too long as well. On both occasions I waited well over 10 minutes for sub-par dumplings. Yesterday my order wasn't even called out to me. I had to approach the counter and follow-up, despite it being ready.

Clean up your act. Revisit menu pricing, keep the dumplings cooked in a steamer, pay better attention to the cooking of the wrap, improve customer communication on wait times and...

Have had their pancakes a few times over the years but not since corona came to town. Visited again recently and had the following for 2: sukiyaki beef Chinese pancake, $13.90 add soy milk, $3.50 dan dan noodles, $12.90

The pancakes are a nice change once in a while though can get a bit messy towards the end, just like I remembered from before. Worth trying if you've never had one, not so novel if you have.

First time trying the noodles - flavour was ok but noodle texture not great. Guess I shouldn't have expected much given their "kitchen" isn't really set up for non-pancake food. Anyway it was enough to...

Omg yum! Chinese pancakes are the best! Had the Peking Duck for $13.90 and it was gooooood. The additional crispy skin that goes in is superb. My darling got Teriyaki Beef and I had a hard time convincing him to spare me a bite, he's totally sold! A very satisfying sized serve and service is in good time. Pancakes are made fresh to order and oh boy they're good. We topped it off with mango tea, nice and refreshing after such a good meal. The guy who served us spoke zero english but he understood everything and was polite. We're definitely going back.
