We used Virtual Legal to process the sale of our property in the Gold Coast. Chris Burling managed the entire settlement process on our behalf and did an awesome job in keeping us informed along the way - including engaging with the various real estate agents and banks involved and the liaising with the buyer's representatives seamlessly. He was also great in terms of requesting information we needed to provide in a simple and easy format and always available (even after hours) to answer any questions we had.
