My second time here, though years apart, and the experience was first class. One of the best Indian restaurants I’ve been to! My daughter and I were greeted politely and shown to a nice table, even though we hadn’t booked in advance. The place was quite busy, which boded well, but there was no long wait to be served. The waitress asked how hot we wanted it, we ask for Australian Hot, Indian Medium. And it was exactly that! We had a lovely Chicken Kadai and a Chicken Tikka Massala. Naan breads were fab. And the food arrived promptly, very well presented and the smell was wonderful. I’m here for 3 months and I can see myself visiting here again!

This restaurant's menu has got lord Ganesha's picture on it as shown in the photo below . This is absolutely wrong to use it on their menu as it has got non vegetarian cuisines as well. People hold this menu in their hands touch it while eating non vegetarian meals which is absolutely ridiculous. It's hurting our religious sentiments. Left our feedback at reception as well and criticised their menu. This has to be taken off their menu. .... Will definitely complaint about them if it hasn't been taken off soon

This Indian restaurant is the best 🤩🤩🤩💃💃💃 If you love Indian foods, definitely this is the place you have to booked!! Do not look anywhere else in Burnie, this one is the best one in Burnie. The curry taste is just perfect, I love all the foods that I ordered, my plate is literally clean 🤣🤣 I love my curry, I cooked curry myself at home and to have Indian foods with the taste heavenly is just amazing.

Yes it was the indian corner in burnie. I drove there, walked in, placed the order at the counter with an annoying woman who insisted on calling me "dear" I carried the bag out, drove 4 minutes home and started eating. So YES, it is you... don't even dare to imply I'm stupid and accept that on this occasion the food was disgusting and instead try to work out what went wrong and set about FIXING it.

Takeaway was disgusting, total waste of money. Starters were obviously precooked a long time in advance. Samosas dry and tasteless, chicken too dry to eat. Main courses were swimming in too much sauce, way too much salt with no great flavours I expect from good indian food. Naan bread I simply couldnt eat, thick and heavy and tough as old boot leather. Popadoms were ok, rice was as I expected, raiita dip was pretty good. Overall, I won't be going back. I'm heading towards retirement after a lifetime living and travelling all over the planet...Not quite the worst ever, but certainly...

My mother-in-law was exhausted after a long day and just wanted a hot cup of tea. So, we decided to give this place a shot and ordered a cup of masala tea for her.

The moment the chef found out we had only ordered a single cup of tea, he completely lost it. He started screaming from the kitchen—loud enough for everyone at our table to hear—yelling at the waitress, asking why she even bothered serving us. He actually told her she should've just said "no tea available and to goto some coffee shop instead"!

What kind of unprofessional, disrespectful behavior is that? And let’s not forget the ridiculous irony of them having a Ganesha photo on their menu while serving beef. This is beyond disrespectful!

We will NEVER recommend this place. This is not what Indian hospitality is about, and if there was a minimum amount to be ordered this should have been clearly communicated and we wouldn't have bothered...

You know what? I’ve been to India and let me tell you, oh my. The food is bloody delicious and so authentic and now back in Tasmania I’ve tried, I’ve tried so hard to find the same quality of food and I’ve been disappointed until....

I came here with the better half and our mouths were watering as soon as we took step inside, the aroma in the building was there and we looked at each other and just knew. We sat down, got served straight away and ordered the usual for me BUTTER CHICKEN and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Felt like I was back in Indian posing by the Taj Mahal. The naan was perfect, can not fault this shop.

I will now be the most loyal customer! 5 out...
