We came for the 'ice skating' so that is what my review is covering - cannot offer any opinions on the rest of the place. To start with, you get ice skates and go around a rink of acrylic like plastic. The benefits of this are that it is not cold and wet, especially when you call over - but the experience is not the same as I've skating - it's similar but hubby who is pretty good on the ice rink struggled here, neither of us could manage to move backwards with any real flair. Lots of falls still from the kids, little one was a bit disappointed it wasn't ice, but considering how long he spent on the ground I think it was for the better. We did bring lots of little plastic particles back with us - they really stuck to the fabric of his pants. The staff were fine - the young girl who served us really needs to learn not to multi task - had to repeat things multiple times because she was answering phones and dealing with bookings while trying to serve us and then was sharpening skates while trying to get our sizes, there wasn't really an issue, she would just have been more efficient if she had focused on one thing at a time. Give it a try for something different and as long as your expectations are that it is different from ice skating I think you will do fine.

We were here for a birthday party and our boys are keen for another visit soon. There are three party rooms (that i could see) with several arcade games that kept the children busy while waiting their turn to have a kart race, which they thoroughly enjoyed. They have birthday party packages which include food options - chips, pizza slices, wedges, nuggets, etc. To play the arcade games you need to have tokens which u purchase using cash only (no card option but they have an atm in front) at a token machine . I made the mistake of inserting a $50 note, expecting to be provided the option to select the value of tokens I'd like 😫🤦‍♀️ the machine went ahead and gave me $50 worth of tokens 😫 without letting me choose. Fun atmosphere with great music!

I’ve been visiting Power Karts once a month (on average) for about a year now and it’s always been a fun experience. More recently, my friends and I have made our fortnightly visits here a fun social night of racing followed by dinner nearby. The track and karts are well maintained. The staff are super friendly and accommodating to all ages and experience. The staff ensure each race experience is safe but fun and can tailor the speed of the electric karts based on the skill of those on track. Track length is great and might take about 30-40 seconds to complete one lap for first timers. Prices are good value for money, especially for the two hours of power specials on Wednesday evenings. Cheers Power Kart Raceway 🤙

This is an incredible place for the whole family! Whether you're a thrill-seeker or just looking for a fun way to spend time together, this place has something for everyone. The variety of activities ensures that no one will be bored. They have go-karts for all skill levels, so even if you don’t like driving fast, you can still enjoy cruising around at your own pace.

Beyond the go-karts, there’s an impressive selection of entertainment options, including tons of video games, VR experiences, and even VR entertainment that really immerses you in the action. If you’re into classic fun, the mini-golf course is a great way to challenge friends and family while enjoying a more relaxed activity.

Kids between 4 and 16 will absolutely love this place, but it’s just as fun for adults in their 20s and 30s. No matter your age, you’re guaranteed to have a great time. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for birthday parties, family outings, or just a fun day out.

One of the biggest highlights of our visit was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that they care about making sure everyone has a fantastic time.

Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s packed with fun activities, has a great atmosphere, and offers top-notch service. A definite 5-star experience! If you’re looking for a place where the whole family can have fun, this is it. Big thanks to the team for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll...

I've been to Power Kart multiple times and come out with some very meh experiences. I've had issues from multiple trips before but today was absolutely the worst. We decided to come here to celebrate a friends 20th birthday. We made a booking for 11 people that was going to get split across 2 races, as 10 was the max for a single race. We later on called to reduce the number to 8 so that way we could all be in the same race. We get there and the staff never put the change through meaning multiple people in our group couldn't race, and the staff was no help in the situation. We ended up doing a race withe just a few of us and once we were in the race the experience was terrible. Before we even started they had absolutely no medium-sized helmets available, which was the size most of us needed. Most of us ended up wearing helmets that were too small or too big. Normally in a race if people are going too slow for other racers a staff member will put a blue flag to indicate that racer should keep left to let other through. For 90% of the race multiple of the racers were stuck behind 2 slow drivers with no help from the staff to get them to move out of the way. Completely ruined any fun that was to be had from it. A complete waste of $40 from each of us that raced; not one of us left with any satisfaction from being there. If you're looking for a fun experience with friends do not risk spending your money here, the price is...

I did a mini power kart party for 6 year old, had never been there prior, wish I had, the track for 7 and under is a oval shape the size of a bedroom, very small, no party host and we had to prompt when kids went on the go karts and ate, by lining up at the front desk and letting them know, and literally that's all that happened for 2 hours - dealing with a different person every time, was a party of 12 and only 4 Karts and the kids that weren't on the kart just running around the centre nothing else for them to do, you can't take your own food in for party's, no snacks set out on table - just a room with a big table, the food is in a box for each child and brought out in individual packs and they bring the food out slow and at different times, kids don't get it all together. (Felt like I'd just brought a lot of kids to go go karting - not a party feel). I got called the week of the party to pay, yet I already had, so management is not done well, had to go back through their banking to see if I had, came down to someone not writing I'd paid, that's how it's documented. Wouldn't waste time and money going back, whole experience was disappointing. Also my adult kids booked a race to do after party finished together, no point making bookings - they booked 115pm - then told aw yea you will race at 220 due to them letting walk in's through so clearly no point making a booking - they got a refund...
