Owner is a lady whose attitude is terrible!!! even knew staff's is not well informed of the event but still blamed her client for misunderstanding! horrible services and not recommended !!!

Last time my mom bought one member card and used it as $10 voucher straight away. So, this time my mom bought a new member card for me, but the male staff said we cannot use it, and we should wait for 24 hours. We were confused at the time. The staff wasn't sure so he consulted you. You came out, we explained clearly to you and you just replied loudly and impolitely. "Our staff is not well trained! Why you cannot use at the next time???" Of course we can understand, so we agreed. I was just shocked at first, your customers can't have any questions? I don't want to act like a saint but If you're a business owner at least treat your customer better by answering with patience. Secondly, you admitted the problem was caused by your staff, not us. Yet, you just shouted at your customer for no reason? Thirdly, no one wants you to change your membership policy. Me and my mom didn't asked you to do anything special for us. We were just confused! I think you have misunderstood the whole situation. What you should change is your service attitude not membership...

Horrible experience, the girls who work here only care about chatting to each other out the back, there was zero customer service. I signed up for the first time as a member and ordered online via the APP and waited a good 10 minutes in the store by myself as there was no other customers before I proceeded to the counter to ask about my drink and realized there is a bubble tea drink hidden behind the counter. I had to speak loudly to call for assistance as the two girls were busy chatting at the back and I asked them if that was my drink and I showed them my order details. They said yes and I told them I waited for 10 minutes for a simple order and why didn't they call out the order number? They was no apology and made up excuses that they didn't know it was for me. Told them I won't be going back when I can get better tasting bubble tea and service elsewhere.

I paid $8.24 Inc card surcharge for a regular black milk tea with mini taro balls and it was mixed with fresh and stale taro balls. What a terrible waste of...

Extremely bad experience.

We went here on full opening day. There was 3 people in front of us but the staff is so slow/incompetent that the line ends up packing up, it must have been about 15-20 mins of waiting before we got to the front. Again, there was only 3 people in front of me. When we got to the front, we were told twice that it's going to be another 10 mins before we can order. The top of the cherry is the fact that the item that I wanted to order ran out so i had to decided another thing to order on the spot, that ran out as well. I don't understand why they can't put up a sign saying that they run out of all bottles and pearls. I don't understand why they have the time to tell people that they can't take order but can't take order itself, it take same amount of time. If wait time is the issue, then just tell them that it's going to take x minutes. This is the most badly managed bubble tea place i have ever seen, in Perth and overseas.

So Machi waiting should be...

Venue: street parking. Big area for a takeaway tea shop. A member's corner. A few chairs at the sides. A TV on the top was displaying outdated Valentine's promotion. --- 6.5/10 Service: only one staff. Though there were no other customers, he was busy takeaway order in the kitchen. We bought tea via a self-service vendor machine. Can ring him out. He was unwilling to speak. No eye contact. No smiles. About 10 minutes waiting for 2 drinks. --- 6/10 Drinks: easy to read the simple menu with photos. Some have options of sugar levels. Price on high side (+ surcharge for card payment). Higher if plastic bottles. - Grapefruit Green Tea Slush with Cream Cheese Foam. $8.5: thick layer cream cheese foam. Grapefruit pulp on the bottom. Yummy --- 7/10 - Chocolate Mocha Milk Tea, $ 8.5: chocolate Mocha is on the top. A bit hard to stir thoroughly. --- 6.5/

I've been twice and have ordered the Chocolate Creme Brulee Milk Tea, and the Mango Cream Smoothie With Grapefruit And Kanten Jelly. I enjoyed both a lot as they are not flavours I have seen anywhere else. However, the bubble tea is very expensive around $9-11 and only in a regular size, whereas other bubble tea places offer a large size for $6-8. I would only get something you couldn't get anywhere else. I tried my friend's brown sugar bubble tea and it was disappointingly average for the price. Both times I have went with two different people and neither of them liked it. I still enjoyed it however it is not a go to. The girl who served me did not seem happy to be there and it does not come across well to customers. As much as we may have bad days, you're in a customer facing role and need to be somewhat pleasant to speak to.

Yet another bubble tea place. Machi Machi started it’s franchise to much acclaim. Endorsed by Jay Chou with his music videos playing in the background. There are no longer any lines. And Machi Machi is available on Uber Eats although with the Uber tax markup. Membership boxes? Nope can’t join. They’ve run out. Order from the touch screen? Not working either. Service however is friendly. The bubble tea isn’t anything special. The takeaway is a bit of a gimmick. Take the bottle taro tea with panna cotta. Looks nice. Slightly sweet, the mild taro flavour was pleasant enough. But the lid was difficult to open. And the panna cotta stuck to the bottom and was nearly impossible to even get at with the paper straw. Give it a go if you love your bubble tea. And decide for yourself if you will leave it on your list of regulars.
