Incredibly disappointed at the APPALLING service I received today!!!!! I work in hospitality and am never rude to hospitality workers and I know how things are supposed to work but the staff here were beyond rude to me and correcting me about ME making a mistake after THEY messed up my order. I asked for an Assam milk tea. They only have Assam tea as a 'milk' tea on the menu. It's only if u specify it as a black tea which we did not! This would have been an easy fix when I asked politely for them to add milk to it. I asked as nice as possible and was met with pure attitude. Was then told off by the staff member for not ordering correctly when it it HIS job to double check the order before putting it through and then proceeded to charge me extra for HIS mistake! Even if it was my mistake (which it wasnt, as my friend was next to me and heard me specify "milk' tea), it would have been an easy fix and even if I had to pay extra, if the staff member was polite about it, I would have been fine. I was appalled by the attitude shown. After we received the remake, the staff member proceeded to correct me again on making sure I specify correctly next time. Rest assured there is no next time. NEVER PAYING FOR A DRINK AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!! Management need a reform on their training. Please give jobs to decent staff not staff that will turn...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI made a order online this morning at work and waited 5 minutes until I went on my 15 minute so that it would be ready when I got there. When I got to the store, I could clearly see a guy in the back from where I was standing. I waited because I understood that they could have been busy. I waited for 10 minutes until I was acknowledged and the guy asked how may he help me. I told him I had made an online order and a girl walks out of the back behind him. No "Oh, sorry about that! Won't be too long!" Nothing. They just grabbed my order and went to the back and she made my drink and gave it to me. I couldn't even drink it because it takes two minutes there and back to my tea room and then I have to get to my station. The guy I usually get is really quick and efficient with his job. He's honestly the best and acknowledges customers so fast. I've never had to wait for an online order with him but this made me so mad because I was staring at the worker the whole time I was waiting. If I could see him, he could definitely see me. A lot of people from my store have been turned off from going here because of this. Especially because they knew that I waited and then went to go pick up my order. It was really rude and honestly...

We realized nothing was happening, so we assumed no one was making our drinks. We looked toward the counter and saw the staff just sitting there doing nothing.
We said āhelloā a few times trying to get her attention, but no response. She seemed way too absorbed in whatever non-work-related thing she was doing. A few minutes later, she finally looked up and saw us ā no apology, no explanation. She just made our drinks and handed them to us without saying a word.
