Yikes. Medium rare steaks were barely warm, and gooey. And super watery? which tells me they were frozen? Speaking of which⌠veggies also tasted like heat up frozen packets. Mashed potato was uh⌠powder mash. At a restaurant. I havenât had powder mash since i was a kid at school and they used to have it on top of the shepherds pies in the canteen⌠the peppercorn sauce? also extremely watery and very odd in flavour. Kids chicken nuggets came out and i thought i could smell fish, trying to work out what it was⌠eventually realised, it was the nuggets. Shaped like nuggets but genuinely we werenât sure if it was fish or chicken. Likely cooked in with fish at the same time (iâm guessing) to have tasted like fish nuggets. Saddest part, which validates the experience⌠is when leaving, it was still busy, tables of people everywhere⌠look into the kitchen, and it was 2 staff, mostly just 1 and another 1 would appear in and out every few moments. This mostly solo kitchen staff looked bored, calm, and just⌠like he was waiting. How can you have 30 people awaiting food and the only man in the kitchen is standing there looking bored⌠looked smelled and tasted like microwave meals, and the experience by the end felt like it validated thatâŚ. sorry guys, at $100 for 2 adults, do better. We ordered 2 steak specials, a margarita and a jug of mojito on the QR code firstly they were out of the specific tequila we ordered and paid for the waitress then switched the alcohol to a much cheaper alternative after this she then said they were out of the steak which was fine because she offered anything (her words) on the menu without price difference we then decided on another steak and the other waitress then tried to charge us $20 for price difference for both steaks when the machine came out it was charging $42 on top of the $120 we had already paid in order for compensation she gave us âextraâ shots in our jug of mojito which quite literally tasted like water these staff are horrible and treated us with no decency whatsoever not to mention the $50 steak tasted awful and took 30 minutes to come out. Drinks were also just sitting there waiting to be served for at least 10 minutes. They had 3 tables of less than 6! To let the manager know your waitresses blamed this on you and your bad management. This bartender needs her rsa taken because she was actively serving doubles on a restaurant license which is not allowed by law.    Read moreWould have to be the worst place to get a feed at Coomera Westfield, came in on 2 for one Parmi Night and let just say it was the worst Parmi that I'd ever been served, paid $2 x2 extra for garlic cream sauce for the chips and it had been burnt that much that the Chef had strained out the burnt pieces and still served a sauce that had the cream fat separate and taste like charcoal. On top of that our Jug or drink had no flavour as the syrup in the soda machine had ran out and when asked to get another the young girl at the bar gave attitude only to have another team member change out the syrup and pour another drink. We advised the wait staff about the standard meals that had been served and she was very sorry and advised the duty manager for us, who proceeded to walk over to our table and initiate the conversation with "Whats the problem", gave the excuse that they where busy, however that night they would have been at less than 40%.
