Burrito Bar Coomera Westfield — Restaurant in Gold Coast City

We came here for lunch as we were celebrating my neice's birthday. The lady serving us was good at taking our order as I removed the black beans from my burrito . I swapped out drinks also requesting that if there could be no spice added to any of my meals , being one of the second lot there before it started to get busy .My partner ordered the beef patty . We waited for 25-30mins for our food. Others at my table who ordered after me received there order before me. I ordered the La Comida lunch deal $11.95 comes with the burrito,fries and a drink which is a decent deal for what you get. I also got $15.95 half of ribs only from Saturday - Sunday . You get Fries with srirachi powder on top, and I choose a soft drink rather then a beer. The burrito was average the chicken was tasty but very small portion inside however there was more rice and carrots inside of it then anything else. Rice was cold i would of preferred it to be warm but that's my preference only. Fries were nice i would of also preferred less of the seasoning on top as it was quite a lot or no seasoning on it at all.My partners burger was okay but he had mentioned the kids burgers were bigger. On the plus side the ribs was absolutely delicious and you definitely won't want to share. For the size of it , its worth the price and affordable too compared to other places. Came to dine with family last night, when we arrived at 6:50pm to join them and be seated the rude young lady server told us we are out of fries so we will not be selling any more meals tonight.when questioned what we were able to order, she told us no meals are being sold and no other menu items that require fries are being sold. Only 2 tables of customers were dinning at the time, Other family member that arrived earlier had already paid and started receiving their meals with fries. Our family of 8 had to leave and find another restaurant to dine at leaving the other family members at burrito bar to finish their meals. 10 minutes After we left and were seated at a nearby restaurant I received a call from family dinning at burrito bar saying that customers that arrived behind us were seated and had orders taken and they included fries. The young girl serving was rude and lacked customer service skills, she did not offer any further assistance to have us join family for dinner or further information regarding the no meals being offered. And as far as the family already dinning in the restaurant can say is that it seems no other customers were turned away during the duration of their meals. I’m not the type of person to write negative reviews but I feel that something needs to be said. Burrito bar was having a special on the classic burritos so my family and I chose to have dinner there. Being a vegetarian I thought I’d try the plant-based beef burrito. We expected to wait a while as it was busy. When our burritos finally arrived they had brought me a pork burrito instead of what I ordered. I knew immediately that they had got it wrong only after I had bit into it. I informed the staff and patiently waited for them to redo my order. Time passed and I decided to let another staff member know of my situation. She told me she would personally get onto it. An hour had gone by since I first ordered and there was still no sign of the burrito. I asked the same waitress again and she was shocked to see that I hadn’t received it yet which I found strange since she said she would get onto it. Finally, after an hour and 10 mins I received my burrito. I don’t really know how else to say this but it was the worst burrito I’ve ever tasted. The rice was soggy yet crunchy at the same time. The plant-based beef had no Mexican flavour and there was barely any toppings (cheese, tomato, onion etc) added to it. From what I could see the main problem was that they were understaffed but I expected way more from the quality...
