Only a few years old in this particular location, the Redcliffe Art Gallery neighbours include the Council office, Redcliffe Library, Redcliffe Theatre and U3A (University for the Third Age).
Apart from displaying new exhibitions every two or three months - featuring new and established artists - the centre offers workshops and other activities designed for both adults and children.
If you are looking for memorabilia or a gift for that someone special, you’ll find plenty to choose from the extensive displays of jewellery, prints, stationary and ceramics.
The centre is open five days a week from Tuesday to Saturday 10 to 4. Parking is no problem if you are travelling by car, and buses are nearby if you are using public transport.
Best of all, when you have saturated yourself with art and want to relax, you are within walking distance to the Redcliffe shops and cafes which edge the beautiful Redcliffe Peninsula.
