Booked a golf trip to Barnbougle through Reani at Tasmania Vacations. She provided great options and quick responses… until I made payment. Once I sent payment through I had to contact her multiple times with no responses to chase up confirmation of our booking. She apologised and said she was busy and would get back to me by end of day but never did. After a few more attempts to contact her, I contacted the head manager who had our booking confirmation sent through after a bit of back and fourth. We called the golf course the week of our reservation and they had no booking under the name we had booked under… which required another ring around and a lot of stress, luckily this was sorted quickly over the phone. We booked a self drive package - 9 Nights into the Wilderness - and it was amazing! We cannot speak highly enough about this company who organised everything: flights, car hire, accommodation, National Parks entry and some activities/excursions. We received detailed information prior to our departure with vouchers for every stage. During the 10 days, no paperwork was required - at each hotel or excursion, we were greeted (often by name!) as they were expecting our arrival.
