We were on vacation last Easter long weekend and visiting Salamanca market, on the way to have dinner in Rockwall and Grill Restaurant . We about to have a ride but unlucky you guys about to closed 6pm and we asking nicely if we can take pictures of the horses, the Gentleman who work here long hair nicely tell us that we can pet as well . But accidentally my partners pet on area near stomach as both of us dont have experience with the horse, the old lady who work here extremely abusing my partner, very rude old lady , she look like lady in the movies Games of Thrones, Scarieš© Seem this old lady doesn't like Asian people and never go overseas for holiday. If you have Asian back ground like us it's better stay awayyyyyyyy spend your money...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe went for the High Tea drive this afternoon with Steve and Sharon and their lovely 2 standardbreds. It was cold and windy but was an absolutely great drive. Steve and Sharon were very welcoming and such lovely company. Steve's knowledge of Hobart's history combined with his exceptional horsemanship was a real privilege to be watch. Both horses and humans were immaculately presented despite the chilly conditions and they even brought us a blanket to keep warm. Would recommend everyone visiting Hobart to give them a call and join them for a lovely drive through...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was one of the absolute highlights of our Tasmania trip. Steve and Emily I believe her name was were brilliant! They introduced the horses Red and Socksy and let us pat them while answering our millions of questions with ease. We shared a few laughs then saw some beautiful heritage listed homes/suburbs while Steve shared some history about Battery Point. The horses were calm, happy, fed while were there and were well kept along with the carriage. The horses were well tempered with cars/noises/other people and kids too. Cannot recommend him enough this...
