I hope this message finds you well. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional work of your security team in handling the situation with the aggressive customer near the Fish Market today. The professionalism and composure displayed were truly commendable.

The male customer was clearly agitated, exhibiting aggressive behavior by swearing, yelling, and pointing fingers at your security personnel. It was a challenging and potentially volatile situation, but your guard was unfazed. I was impressed by his ability to remain calm and composed in the face of such hostility. His approach in requesting the customer to calm down before engaging in conversation demonstrated excellent de-escalation skills.

Furthermore, I am pleased to note that the local authorities also displayed efficiency and professionalism in their response. The collaboration between our security team and the police contributed to the successful resolution of the incident.

I believe it is important to recognize and appreciate exemplary performance, and I would like to extend my gratitude to all involved for handling the situation with such professionalism and skill.

The mall is okay. The mall staff generally do not assist with matters in the parking lot, such as when a Premier Illawarra mini-bus blocks the disabled parking, with cars in the spots. When a person wanted to leave Stockland by way of there car that was parked in the disabled spot (legally permitted), there was no ability for security to enforce the regulations of the parking enforcement after council hours. If Stockland is going to have parking regulations, then they must be able to enforce them during all of Stocklands business hours, not just the hours of the council.

On the plus side, the air is always nice and it is noticeable that everyone within a 20 minute drive thinks so too, as they all converge on the shopping centre on a hot day to stand wherever they want to. The cleanliness is mostly good.

Sadly, the handlings that I have had with the general staff at the help desk that can never advise a clear answer except to pawn you off to someone that is never there and the security crew leave me only going...

Definitely better than the nowra stockland any day of week has great food court lots of variety of store where the Nowra store hasn't got the variety the nowra store is neglected and has been stuck last 30 years with nothing on that shopping centre the place out dated local people go to shellharbour do there shopping nowra got no variety unless u want the same the place is stuck early 80s or 70s nearly 2018 now and nothing been done to expand or upgrade the parking bis also horrible at the nowra store and it feel like I'm in a third world country and a shopping centre like the nowra store shouldn't be left the way it is if they don't want to expand the place maybe let Westfield take it out until they fix it up Local want the place upgrade to be fix stockland nowra has no interest of fixing it look like 3rd world ghetto nowra stockland snd nowra mall I wouldn't be surprised if shellharbour get another upgrade while the Nowra store left...
