Big shout out to Raeleen at Shellharbour for helping me so quickly and efficiently. I am buying a new car tomorrow and needed comprehensive coverage, had spent over an hour on the NRMA call centre number with no luck and thinking that my only option was going to be to take up the Alliance policy the car dealer was offering; but having been a NRMA member for 30+ years holding 6 policies I really didn't want to switch. I took a chance at calling the Shellharbour branch after giving up on the main NRMA number and after not being able to get through to my closest branch (Woonona), the phone was answered immediately by the lovely Raeleen and within 10 minutes I was all sorted, the policy was a lot cheaper than the one offered by the dealership, and we'd had a nice chat too. ...
Read moreNathalia was wonderful . A very pleasant consultant. I was very impressed with her people skills. Very informative giving me options. However, it was not her fault she had to answer the phone twice in the time I was with her. This I found made my encounter not personal. I actually saw the other consultant do the same. Surely while you are being served by a consultant their attention should not be distracted from you. Obviously there is not enough in the branch . This did not reflect on Nathalia whose help was excellent. With the closing of branches it appears to impact on customer service. 5 stars for...
Read moreBeen with the company for over 15+ yrs, got a renewal sent to me for greenslip, someone told me to do a comparison on NSW greenslip calculator website and low and behold my quote from the same company was cheaper. Tried contacting them to change my existing renewal to match but got nowhere, infact got told that the quotes are 'just estimates' on the calculator. Save yourself some $$ do a comparison quote before blindly agreeing to pay a renewal for greenslip, i saved a difference of $59 dollars with the SAME company with same details for a NSW...
