Kmart Shellharbour — Local services in Shellharbour City Centre

While the service here is usually subpar, I met one employee that stood out to me quite a lot. This happened maybe 2-3 weeks or so ago. I was finishing up some last minute Christmas shopping. There was a product on the Kmart website that I could not seem to find in store. I ended up receiving help from one of your employees. She was a young girl. She had a name tag on but I can not for the life of me remember her name. Something like Carawyn or Catherine or Catrice (something beginning with a C 😂). I have an Indian friend and was wondering if she too was Indian and she was. She took the time to check the back store rooms for me for products, not once, but two seperate times. Just lovely. As a pregnant woman who was shopping alone, I was also struggling to carry my items and she took the time to go fetch me a trolley from the other side of the store from God knows where, because there were no trolleys left at the front. (please for the love of God, get some more trolleys in your store, there is never a single trolley left when I'm there). She also complimented my outfit which was just so lovely. I have a speech disorder and she was just so so polite and patient. My husband said I should write a good review about her so that's exactly what I am doing. What a lovely young girl... Keep...

i just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Shonny. i live out of area and placed a customised click and collect for my Mum to pick up for me before i travel down for the holidays.

the item was accidentally left behind and was found broken upon return. Shonny and her team not only went above and beyond to remake my gift but showed my mother so much kindness, love and understanding whilst simultaneously dealing with a massive rush.

im an assistant manager myself, and i would be so proud of my team if i knew they were extending this level of warmth and kindness to people. my mother was so frazzled and stressed and they did an exceptional job in not only helping to alleviate her anxiety, but also maintain correspondence with me over the phone so i remained in the loop.

the fact that you guys showed me and my Mum such love during this busy season truly means the world and i promise you it has not gone unnoticed. thank you, thank you, thank you for prioritising and aiding us during such a busy season when you very rightfully so could’ve declined.

I was at K,MART print & create I tried to print out pictures from my fone after 30 odd minutes after starting I could not get any assistance when I went to print them out the staff said they would get some assistance but nothing after 35 more minutes of frustration I stopped and my partner tried with her fone and still no luck or staff to help the cords for the USB don't work then minutes later my partner got it going only able to get 4 pictures out of 17 . Two of the pictures were completely pixilated but still no assistance even though there was a Kodak technician right next to us seeing our frustration he didn't even notice the issue,s we had and again after 1hour 14 minutes we got 2 pictures that were half decent but had to pay for all 4prints we left angry and treated as if we were furniture we were and still are disgusted never again to walk into Kmart Shellharbour square next time we will take to Figtree where it takes only minutes and the computer,s aren't out dated if you expect to get what you pay for you will surely be disappointed.
