It's a Friday night, with long drive thru and in store queues, so you expect there to be a bit of a wait however tonight's experience was beyond a joke. We waited over 25mins for a zinger box and an original fillet box. A few people ahead of us had complained already so I thought this would move things along. One of the more senior staff came out as well to get things moving, but one young girl behind the counter was more concerned with talking to her co workers and a friend on the other side of the counter than assisting to get people's orders out the door. Food was being bagged and pushed to the side without being called. She was also attempting to carry food items rather than bag them which led to her dropping food on the floor (which i'm hoping got remade out the back and not just put back into a bag). Our meals were finally made up and about to join the pile of forgotten meals, I had enough of waiting and asked to have my food before she got side tracked with another customer. To top things off when we arrived home we discovered that one of our orders were completely wrong. Everything on the payment screen was correct, yet we had no burger and i have no idea what kind of combo they decided to put together.

Ordered the "Christmas in July" at 5.50pm tonight. Its now 8.00pm, and still no food !!!!I have made phone call after phone call, door dash then KFC, KFC then door dash !!!! Have just received an email from KFC saying my order has been cancelled. The kids have all left my home starving and sad. Talk about the most embarrassing moment of my life. Believe me, I know mistakes happen, but the complete lack of responsibility is beyond anything I have experienced before. Meanwhile. my attempt to do something nice is beyond a disaster and I expect answers. Stop offloading the blame and fix it. Be honest !!!!!!!! Someone or something screwed up and we are the ones to suffer along with some desperate small children. Thanks KFC and Door Dash. Read moreThe restaurant appeared extremely rundown from the outside, to the point that I wasn’t even sure it was open. The menu board at the drive-through was completely blank, which made ordering difficult. Despite my hesitation, I decided to go ahead and place an order—but now regret doing so.
I ordered a Zinger Burger Combo Box. Unfortunately, the chicken in the burger was incredibly tough, the coating was soggy, and it had an unpleasant smell of dirty oil. The meal was simply inedible. As I was just passing through Shellharbour, I didn’t have the time or opportunity to return the order or raise the issue in person.
This experience has left me with a very poor impression of this location, and I would not consider visiting it again. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to improve the standards...
