This is a great place and whoever came up with this idea, well done and thankyou. Nearly everybody cleans up after their dog apart from those that are to good for that. The shire of Joondalup does an exceptionally good job at maintaining the area and supplying poo bags. The dogs that go there are generally pretty well behaved but the only thing I would be negative about is the congregation of people that find it necessary to stand in the middle of the park when you are trying to play ball with your dog, it's a dog park people, not a gossip park, if you want to have a chat move to the side and do it or better still spend a some quality time with your dog because that is what you...
Read moreI was visiting the area and disappointed there were no dogs allowed at the (not so nice) beaches in the area so relieved to find this park. It was a warm day so my pups needed a shady play area and this park supplied a lovely area with paths, sand and nature areas for them to sniff around. There were plenty of poo bags and bins and water bowls for pups. I thought it was a great size as I have dachshund’s and it is a bigger more interesting park than in my area. Read moreGreat place to bring your best friend being that it’s close by and we’ll maintained. It’s a space for off lead playing and lots of socialising with water fountain, a sandpit and shady trees. The down side is there needs to be some lights for in the evening. Coming into winter there’s no chance of seeing your dog after 5:30pm. Something to beware of also is that in the large dog area there is often “incidences” Some dogs just don’t belong in a social situation like this but owners continue to bring them.
