What a stunning and well preserved building - right access from the peanut silos and next to the information centre. Unfortunately it was closed as we were in town on a public holiday, but I would love to come back and check out the displays and the resident artists work.

For a small town unassuming Art Gallery there was a very good set up. Obviously there’s nothing to do out here because there was a lot of good art, some historical, some interpretative, some imaginative. Bit disappointed there was no peanut art ;). Friendly helpful staff

Great space for an art gallery, a nice mix of works and local artists with plenty of small things for sale as well. Best part was pretty much every room was made into a display so you could really see the history of the space as well

Having travelled to regional art galleries up and down the east coast from Brissy to Yeppoon, this was by far our favourite. Housed in the beautiful council chambers building (worth going to just to look at the beautiful timber floors) it had a varied collection including pottery, paintings, scarves - it had a LOT of great stuff all of which was available for purchase at a variety of fair price points so there is something for everybody, art connoisseur to backpacker. I picked up a hand painted silk scarf for my Nana for Chrissy that went down a treat. We will go back the next time we are stopping in Kingaroy. Be sure to check out the heritage listed peanut silos across the street - they are impressive to...

Kingaroy Art is filled with wonderful art work show casing local talent from art crafts, paintings, to gemstones and jewelry. Art work is for sale and you can pick up some beautifully crafted items. It's free to visit and only need to spend short time walking through the rooms/ hallways. I thought the building is beautiful with art deco and interesting ceiling features too.

Next door is the town Information Centre to buy souvenirs and next building is the Heritage Museum to visit. Nice gardens out the back to sit down for a rest stop and public toilets...

My group of oldies who visited today really enjoyed the variety of artists' work on display, presented in such a beautiful building. With various rooms, we were able to browse at leisure and share out interest with the crest of the group Definitely worth a visit-...
