Probably picked a bad day as senior tourist caravaners but my experience with this coffee shop was terrible . We searched everywhere for a decent coffee shop and arrived at this place to join a que served by three neatly uniformed young ladies all pearing into the ordering cash register which nobody had taught them to use while the nearby trainer sat next to them having her breakfast .Getting nowhere I ordered verbally two coffees and said I was happy to sit outside until they sorted themselves out .I had cash and cards .Quarter of an hour latter some bloke came out and told us no coffee unless we paid and the girls had only two days training so go in and pay . Obviously we walked .I know the customer is always wrong in this coffee shop but as a qualified accountant day one would have been to learn how to take orders and money . We wont...

Ordered lunch here as something special for my family and I to do. We ordered two burgers and a kids meal. The chicken burger- the bun was burnt, chicken was dry and the bacon was extremely dried out. The other burger was okay. But neither was worth $15. It didn’t come with chips either. Just $15 for a subpar burger. The only kids meal offered was a small square Of Turkish bread, a tiny patty, cheese and small tomato sauce with a side of chips. Not terrible but not that great either. We ordered some drinks as well which only came out to us well after the food came out and we were almost ready to leave. The drinks were great but the wait just spoiled it. Travelled out to Kingaroy yesterday for work and looking for a late lunch (2pm) and Utopia was one of the few places open. The staff member was lovely and friendly. I had the forager breakfast sandwich, which was grilled mushroom, haloumi, tomato and kale. I asked for the tomato to be extra grilled and that wasn't an issue. I also ordered the apple crumble. The toasted sandwich was delicious and great serving size, which was terrific value for $7.00. The apple crumble was fantastic and a really large serving, although it was more like a bread and butter pudding in consistency.
