To all the wonderful caring and proactive ladies that assisted my partner.... called an ambulance and offered support to me in helping with all the children I had with me at the park yesterday... ( 4th April ... 11.10 am approx) I can’t thank you enough. I am so overwhelmed with gratitude with the amount of strangers that were going above and beyond to help. Everything happened so fast and I feel like I didn’t get to personally thank you all. If your reading this thank you so much ..To the lady that rang the ambulance... the lady that answered my partners phone to tell me where in the park he was... the lady that stayed with the 7 children I had with me so I could be with my partner while the ambulance came... to the lady that offered to help me get all the children I had with me home ( which was over 40 min drive) .. to the ladies that continued to come check on me after my partner went in the ambulance.... I am so grateful. My partner is now out of hospital and feels so blessed to have had so many caring people preasant at booran reserve. From what we got to see in the 15 minutes of being there before the medical emergency..., the facilities were fantastic. We will definitely be...

Booran Reserve: Adventure Playground !!! Womin djeka-Welcome! The Booran reserve rests on the ancient lands of the family estates of the Nagaruk William Clans of the Boon Wurrung language people. This amazing playground excites all different ages since it has many different types of play areas to have fun on. There are ball sport areas, water sport areas for the kids to play around in, a bbq area, trampolines, a sandpit area. There are even two flying Fox like swings and the maddest geodesic metallic like sphere to climb up on and get to the top cubby house and have the best prize of all and that's to have a cool slide down from there😆 The Reserve has two automated toilet cubicles there and oval space to walk the dog and have a bit of a kick of the footy. Definitely worth taking a young family there for some play fun and even for a big 45 year old kid like me will find the Booran Reserve Adventure playground lots of...

I visited this amusement park on Christmas Eve, December 24th, after a lovely dinner, hoping for a fun and relaxing evening. While most of the experience was enjoyable, one particular slide was dangerously designed and turned the night into a nightmare.

The slide had an extremely steep drop followed immediately by a series of sharp turns. It was nearly impossible for the body to adjust or react to unexpected situations during the rapid transitions. As a result, I suffered a ligament injury.

The pain was excruciating throughout the night, and I had to go to the emergency room. Since it was Christmas Eve, there weren’t enough doctors on duty, and I had to wait over 4 hours to be seen. The pain was constant and unbearable during this time.

I strongly urge the park to reassess the design and safety measures of this slide. Safety should always be the top priority to prevent such distressing incidents...

Booran Reserve Playground on Glen Huntly Road, Glen Huntly has to be the best outdoor children's adventure playground in Melbourne. It features a high slide that requires climbing up to get to the entrance, a sand pit and mouse wheel, climbing ropes, swings, a Dutch Disc spinner, water pumps and splash/play area (bring kid's change of clothes highly recommended), and even an Archimedes screw, two flying foxes, and even a basketball court. There's also lawn and table and seating areas as well as toilets. Booran Reserve Playground is well landscaped and visually stunning. Note that there it's really busy on weekends and because of this, parking is a nightmare. Other option are: it's right on Booran Road Stop 58 on Carnegie Tram Route 67 or take the train to Glen Huntly Station and then walk 300m to the left when you come out of the station.

Not quite Disneyland but possibly more "hands-on" fun. The huge garden and hard surface park which used to be the Caulfied Reservoir - but it has been gentrified (kidified) and turned into an expansive park that is both artistic and fit for physical fitness - the type that kids love. Places for kicking balls, running, swinging, spinning, sliding, climbing, jumping, and chasing. Best of all, the park has a "water" theme (a splash park) - most prominent is the flat pad water fountain area which invites you to run through a maze of water spouts - perfect for a cool Summer! The fountains do have different operational times depending on the Season. Dogs on a leash are okay. There are toilets and bins. The only difficulty was trying to find a spare place to park the car.
