Over the last several years, I always have been extremely happy with ALL my experiences with The Glen JB Hi-Fi - including both all the times when it was still on the lower level of The Glen and all the times when it newly relocated to the upper level of The Glen - including my most recent experience yesterday afternoon on the 28/10/2024; so sorry to both staff members who served me yesterday, been meaning to post this 100% positive Google review as soon as possible yesterday.
And so sorry to each and everyone of the JB Hi-Fi employees who served me over the years - including both all the ones working there it was still on the lower level of The Glen and all the ones working there when it newly relocated in 2023 to the upper level of The Glen - for not giving a Google review of any sort until now, I have no excuse.
I would like to deeply thank every Glen JB Hi-Fi employee - including the two employees who served me yesterday - including the ones there when it was located on the lower level and the ones there when it relocated on the upper level - for absolutely everything they did for me during each one of my visits including the top notch friendly and helpful service. It's always tremendously appreciated by me and you all deserve to be rewarded and commended in every way by the company of JB Hi-Fi itself!
I am so grateful to both employees for their assistance yesterday, thanks a lot to both pf them for respectively unlocking the security bolt so I can take my Mariner Blue Xbox Series X/S controller to the counter and facilitating my purchase, $10 perks discount and receival of my digital receipt which indicates I paid for my controller - after the discount - at 5:02pm on the 28/10/2024.
Then I decided to take photos of the pop culture merchandise including the Transformer toys because I do love it all, especially the Transformers toys of which I'm an avid collector of as well as an avid consumer of Transformers related media from the original 1984 G1 cartoon to the Transformers One movie I saw with my friends that I 100% recommend everyone sees! I will be uploading all the aforementioned photos I took instore, all the photos I took outside and the photos I took of my aforementioned controller after posting this 100% Google review. Also thanks a lot too to the same employee who served me at the counter for the friendly appreciation they showed me when I showed them the receipt for my aforementioned purchase.

Read moreNo option for 1 star. Today, 6/8/21 is the fourth time I’ve been to this store, first attendance I had great customer service and since then it has declined and today they have outdone themselves.
Called in the AM to confirm collection of a warranty replacement item, which firstly they hadn’t even bother to call me to let me know was in. Staff couldn’t get their heads around the fact that I only had a receipt number, not an online order nu (click & collect only)!!!
Attended PM to collect, again talk to two staff members, again struggling to understand it’s an online order. Female staff member tells me to wait in the click.& collect bay and they’ll be down in a minute with the item. 15-20 mins later, no staff member, so I call back and go through the whole receipt number and no online order number again. Get transferred to 4 people, including the store man(I’ll come back to you). I hang up, recall and ask to speak with the manager, again, struggles with the no online order number. 45mins wasted by this time. I’m told to meet them at the rear store for contactless delivery as nobody can apparently deliver it to their click and collect bays!. When I arrive I see the store man leaning against the (insert object here) casually. Nearly an hr of my time at this point. As I walk towards him I say “I’m about to loose my $&#% at this store”, not him, the whole experience. To which he snaps back attitude and says “we don’t need this, we all have things going on and we’re all in this together”. No, no we’re not, this is not a covid issue, this is a complete lack of competency and assistance in rectifying an issue that wasted over an hr of my time.
