Give the dog a normal life, it’s not fair that it stays there day in day out miserably barking. Anyone can tell that dog is genuinely miserable. In 2023 you can easily get security cameras. It stays locked behind a fence every day just watching people and other dogs going for walks and runs while it’s stuck behind bars like it’s committed a crime. It’s not fair that his life is just wasted behind a fence cause a human decided too. We went on this cruise upstream, because we know that this whole area will be ruined forever by rampant development in the near future and will be lost for ever. A tragedy.
