I had the pleasure of visiting this bubble tea establishment and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the beverages and the overall service. The Oreo Crème Brûlée was indulgent and well-balanced, offering a delightful blend of creamy richness and satisfying texture. Equally impressive was the Chilled Mango Sago Cream With Pomelo, which was refreshingly light, with a harmonious mix of sweet mango and citrusy pomelo.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the outstanding customer service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, greeting each customer with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist. Despite the steady flow of customers, they remained patient and attentive, taking the time to answer questions, offer thoughtful recommendations, and ensure every order was customized to the customer’s preference. Their professionalism, paired with their kind and approachable demeanor, created a welcoming environment that made the visit all the more enjoyable.

From the very first visit, I found myself becoming an instant fan of this bubble tea shop. The consistent quality, innovative flavors, and exceptional hospitality have made it a standout in my eyes. It is now my go-to destination whenever I’m craving a refreshing, satisfying beverage. I look forward to returning and trying more of their unique offerings.

This establishment sets a high standard for bubble tea, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone seeking a refined, memorable, and...

I told the other girl to take ur time, bcs they got big order before my order, she was nice smiling at me, “It’s okay, take ur time” I told her. Then the other girl came up took an order and being mad since I wasn’t asking if it can be less sugar, so I just say less sugar. She was rudely answer something like “WHAT’S UR ICE LEVEL”, with no telling that it can’t be change, keep saying “NO, only ICE”.

I put no pressure to them and the audacity? As well, i usually buy creme brulee oreo on every toptea store but, hell i ain’t coming back to this branch. Disappointing.

And I said pay by card, she did not hear me and asking rudely again “CARD or CASH” I was like girl? chill.

I don’t want to specify who, but i’m pretty sure they know who from the other review.

I changed from 1 to 2 stars bcs there are some staffs who are genuine , my first order there served from a good staff. He told everyone “if it’s not good just let me know, we can change it for u” for every person (even not it’s still top tier customer service) that rude staff need to educate them to this guy. Very...

👎🏻Worst service I’ve ever had at a milk tea shop.

Today I went to Top Tea at The Glen and serve with a male staff member (wearing glasses) who was extremely rude.

He kept saying drinks were unavailable. He clearly understood Mandarin but also speak in quiet, mumbled English I could barely hear. When I replied in English, he pretended not to understand. It’s not service. It’s humiliation.

I’ve been here many times before and never had a problem. I really hope management deals with this kind of rude and arrogant behavior. No matter how good the drinks are, when the service is like this, nobody wants...

I tried the longjing tea latte with mochi and loved it! The green tea taste was light and refreshing, not too sweet. (I got mine with no sugar, 70% ice.) The mochi and white foam are sweet, which complements the tea perfectly. Great texture. It was expensive at $10.90, but I feel the quality of tea justifies the price. It seems many drinks are one size, but the menu doesn't indicate that. For example, my longjing latte came in a large cup. The ceremonial matcha drinks are a regular size. The staff were very helpful and explained this to me, but I wish this information was shown on the menu.

A new bubble tea place in the glen. Newly minted in the mall for a few weeks. Really a lot of varieties. Milk tea, fruit tea, cheese tea etc. hot and cold. How we cold brew only comes in a bottle, not possible to have toppings. Can’t change it and had a order a cheese tea without the cheese but have to pay for the original version meaning dearer. Happy that there’s a new bubble tea place but when adjusting sugar and ice level have to be specific. Wanted 30% sugar and less ice. Felt like no sugar and definitely mine doesn’t have any ice in it.

Tried the brulee milk tea. Everything else is very expensive, like $10 or more for the drink. There were lots of ppl waiting, and I waited for quite a while too. When I got it, it was beautiful, had some salty cream (is it cheese cream? But it doesn’t say cheese mill tea in menu) so I definitely dont need cheese in it as even just milk tea is very rich. I also asked for less sugar (70%) and it was still really good. I can see why this place is popular, definitely better than most other boba place.
