Wow really good gelato! Ordered black hawaii and strawberry shortcake via ubereats. Black Hawaii tastes so interesting - a mix of charcoal, chocolate and coconut. It's pretty rich in chocolate but you'll get a hint of coconut. Would really recommend this if you're up to something different. 😋😋 Strawberry Shortcake is pretty good too. Not too sweet and with a hint of sourness. It matches well with black hawaii surprisingly. haha. Texture of gelato is amazing and I'll be visiting their physical store soon for more! 🍦🍦

My partner and I have come here for the past two years for icecream and we usually love it. We came in tonight at 9.35pm for the staff member to say we are closed, she was quite rude. I then proceeded to say that google says your open until 10. She began to serve us and we paid $6 each for a scoop that would barely feed a baby. It was miserable and made the experience worse. Honestly not worth it at all with poor customer service and nothing in the scoop She also refused the couple that walked in right after us.

Had a super creamy, tasty and sugar-free chocolate cone here the other day. I've had other flavours including the super delicious dark chocolate sorbet but really appreciated this SF option, very generously scooped. That said, the sugar alcohols gave me some stomach pain later in the night, so watch out if you're sensitive to that. I also enjoy the coffee here and frequent the spot for it as it's one of the only places around that serves it late.

This place charges every customer who pays by card. It's not exactly a hidden charge because there is a tiny piece of paper stuck to the card reader.

Australia is one of the most expensive places to live in the world. Add to that one of the highest levels of tax for most people ie those earning less than $100,000 pa, and a total stagnation in wages growth for all but the top earners and that means Australians struggle to keep up with ever rising costs.

Post covid lockdowns, we've been hit with price rises, and news that GST (the least equitable tax possible as a billionaire pays exactly the same as a homeless refuge) may be going up even further soon. And now it appears that businesses are sneakily bringing in an additional way to rip off and profit from customers by charging them an extra % whenever they pay by card. This is new and not happening in other countries.

And lets be clear: for years banks have been encouraging us to use cards instead of cash and have closed branches nationwide to ensure people obey their directive. Then covid hit and businesses and banks and the government all insisted that we pay by card for everything to avoid death from covid. And THATS WHEN BUSINESSES AROUND AUSTRALIA START CHARGING US TO PAY BY CARD!

No news channel is reporting on this price gouging and noone in government is speaking out against this unethical practice (businesses should be legally compelled to absorb the costs of business like this in the same way that restaurants shouldnt be allowed to charge for tap water).

To be clear, if you the customer dont make a stink and walk out without completing your purchase when faced with this situation, more and more us businesses in Australua will rip you off, the price and the amount of tax will keep going up further and further while your salary stays almost exactly the same so that year by year as you continue to work harder and get older you will be less and less well off financially.

To conclude  if you the business want people to pay by card instead of dirty, disease riddled cash, you should not be price gouging every time a customer does the...

I recently visited Zero Gradi in Brunswick and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The gelato they offer is absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Whether you're a fan of classic options like chocolate and vanilla or more adventurous flavors like salted caramel or pistachio, there's something for everyone here.

What truly sets Zero Gradi apart, though, is their exceptional service. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you find the perfect flavor. They take the time to explain each option and offer recommendations based on your preferences, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.

The atmosphere of the gelateria is also charming and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a sweet treat with friends or family. Whether you're craving a refreshing sorbet or a creamy gelato, Zero Gradi is the place to go for quality desserts and top-notch service. I highly recommend paying them a visit if you're...

My family and I are regulars here but my last experience was so bad that I will never go again. I was served by a female staff who didn’t even know how to scoop an ice cream on to the cone and was so tight with the Nutella topping I literally wasted my money. When I complained she said it was her first day but it’s too late as we all got served half a scoop with a spec of Nutella. Not happy at all! You just lost your regulars! My hard earned money will go to another ice cream place who give proper servings of ice cream and who don’t try and rip you off. Very...
