I would just like to express my absolute disgust in the customer service that I have received the last few times that I have come to Mochachos. It seems to be coming from 1 particular individual, which is highly disappointing seeing as her attitude never seems to change, no matter the feedback she receives in-store. I went to the MORLEY branch today at about 3:30pm expecting to order a late lunch for my son and I, and despite signs everywhere indicating that the store was open, I was told by the same young girl that âwe have a new policy where we close between 3pm-5pmâ. When I suggested that if that was the case and that the hours had changed then perhaps it should be updated on the signs out front on the main road, the website and window markings, letting patrons know that this is the case. Wherever the hours were indicated, it stated 11am-9pm.
Her response to me; âWell, Iâm not the Boss sooooo....!!â, followed by a shoulder shrug.
This is extremely disappointing seeing as I would have expected an establishment like this to rely largely on Customer focus resulting in return business but this is obviously NOT the case.
If only there was less than a 1 star rating when it comes to Service, that would be my selection with NO HESITATION at all!
Turns out Nando's across the road was a much better option anyway seeing as all the staff were more than happy to answer any questions regarding my order......

The food took more than an hour to arrive, so we contacted the shop to inquire about the delay. The business owner blamed the delivery driver and took no responsibility for the late arrival. When the food finally arrived, it was inedibleâa complete disaster. The bun was mouldy, the food smelled terrible, and half of the order was missing! We immediately called Mochachos Morley to report the issue, expressing our concerns about the serious health risk posed by the mouldy bread. To our shock, the owner responded dismissively, offering only a partial refund despite the appalling quality of the food. When we insisted on a full refund, he hung up on us and subsequently blocked our number. We tried to reach him over 10 times, but he kept rejecting our calls. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a business that handles food. We have since reported this incident to the Department of Health due to the health hazards, as well as lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Protection.    Read moreTonight was the first time I had ever eaten Mochachos and I think it was by fate that I went to the one in Morley. I done a phone order as I live some 45 minutes away in the lad I spoke to on the phone from the very start was Roger. Roger was actually that polite and informative when I got there I actually asked him if he was the owner which he replied he wasnât. Nas it was my first time experience I phoned in an order not really knowing what I was receiving and obviously I didnât do it correctly so when Roger realised he actually called me back to make sure that I understood and got the order correct the first time, outstanding customer service there. When I arrived I waited no more than three minutes and receive my food which by the way was absolutely mouthwatering. I will definitely be returning to Muchachos but more importantly I will definitely be returning to Morley as Roger has done an outstanding job showing his customer service skills and he has made me want to return to that store. If you are ever in Morley and feel like a bit of Mexican and some chicken definitely drop in and grab a bite to eat itâs set up in a small food Hall type situation so grab a chair some table and you are good to go.
