MCQ Supermarket Morley — Local services in Morley

Hi ! Everybody this is my experience at this supermarket which I sent to MCQ supermarket

Please read and hope no one has this kind of stupid experience

I am regular base customer for your business once a week kind for your morley shop

And I had really bad experience

I went in to your place lunch time and looking for Durian Chips

And there was manager looking guy so I ask for help

He was telling me to go num 5 so I went but I could not find

So I went to see him again and explain situation and ask for further support

He keep saying the product on num 5 for sure but I Saud no ther was none

He replied to me he will be come and have a look so I went back to num 5 and wait

Oviously he never came

So I was asking other staff for help

One of lady was on the phone speaking someone and just saying if I can't find it there is none with very rude attitude

Another staff also reply very rude

So I went back to Manager looking staff and I asked him very firmly to come and have a look

He was very rude from beginning and say your shop does not have product

Oviously I was not happy at all this point and I asked him to be more kind for customer and he answered i am crazy

So I explain that I am customer and you supposed to give some kind of SERVICE

and he start stare at me like he want fight

So I went back and come back to him and ask his name

He asked me back my name and I said my name is Soon and he said his name is Soon And start having fun

I told him I will contact your company about situation

Your business is supermarket and Oviously if customer cannot find products we can ask and expect support on certain quality of service as hospitality industry

It was stupid and ridiculously rude

I think your business need some kind of training for your staff

PS :

I went VHT after your shop to find same product and staff from VHT was super kind and helpful even suggested other products in 5 min time rather than I waste my time and my feeling...

I live south side always drive to morely MCQ. MCQ always my favorite place to shopping never have any dissatisfied till today. The check out worker( woman) when she saw me approached her counter she directed me by pointed to the sign above the counter ( 10 items or less) because by her judgement on my items more than ten of course I did aware it is 5 or 6 items over but mainly candies and small things for kids then she directed me by pointed to the next counter i did followed her to the next counter where afew of full trolley buyers before me while i was waiting my pay i looked back over her counter she rather do nothing standing there for awhile which was no one there i know rules is rules but at work can't you just feel sorry for your own selfishness like that. I know she work paid by hour but some other places they did understanding the situation they did offer help. For My experienced today is that her work ethic is bad, poor communication, helpless, no passion for work. The things that pissed me of is that she not tell me nicely instead she pointed mean to me mean can you read the sign 😒🙄☹️. If you are boss or manager you can always watch your cctv camera today at around 11:00Am to 12 pm sunday 21/04/24 at counter 10 items or less.To Me the check out worker does need job improvement behaviour or work orientation. Another confusion was with the price of pak choy there the price tag was one bunch $ 0.79 when I paid was $0.99 when I checked the price later was wrong then I went back to ask she said the price was right 😱😲 cos the pak choy got two kinds.of course now I understood my question is if there were two kinds of pak choys why you put only one price tag. Only 20 cents not a big deal but it was a confusion not good for buyers experience. Your business you take customers' reviews serious or not...

The shop: sometimes i do shopping here but most of those times the cleanliness wasn't as spotless like there were slippery stuff on the floor {around the meat and vegies area}. And the smell kinda a bit mixed up with raw meat smell and fruits and vegies. I also more often get lost around the shelves because the products are spread out. So I'd rather shop at a more organised and cleaner branch { like MCQ in Malaga}.BUT The food court: the food court section next to the checkouts is amazing. It's our go-to bahn mi and coffee every weekend. The price is very affordable and high quality ingredients. Bread is crunchy,soft inside and holds up the meat and vegies. Our favourite is the roast pork bahn mi and the pork is the main star of the dish like it's crispy and very tasty. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee is strong and sweet like if you're caffeine sensitive it'll keep you up all night but yum! The servers are friendly as well. Kudos to the lady behind the counter who always serves us with a smile and the main lady that assembles the bahn mi's who always keep the quality top notch {we don't know their names but if the manager is reading this they're the ones on duty during the opening hours of July 19,2025 mcq morley food court. Them ladies deserves acknowledgement 👍}. 5 stars goes to the banh mi ladies👌. Will definitely go here for a feed...
