QN Designs made our kitchen renovation such an effortless experience. Right from the start they impressed us with their prompt service and product knowledge. David Do from sales and marketing came to our house to measure our kitchen and seek information about our expectations on a Friday morning and we were sitting in QN's Morley Head Office the next afternoon looking at two designs to choose from. They were the only company that we had quotes from that made us think outside the box. The incredible designs were in 3D and offered ideas we had not even thought about. We were never pressured and both David and Ha's attitude, knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Their quote was very acceptable and the Tradesmen they recommended for the plumbing, gas, electricity, flooring and plastering were excellent. All the tradesmen arrived on time according to the project schedule for our kitchen and flooring installation and the finish date was met accordingly. It only took 10 days from start to finish to install the kitchen and lay the floorboards which was incredible. David and Ha always made themselves available to answer any concerns and queries we had as the project progressed. We were over the moon with the finished result and it exceeded our initial expectations. Other family members were so impressed with our kitchen that they have also sought QN Designs to renovate their kitchen. The results speak for themselves in quality and design. QN Designs of Malaga was the last of 4 kitchen renovators we approached early this year for our new kitchen. We wanted a more practical design than our 26 yr old kitchen. With their experienced team, David, John and Ha, they were able to deliver just that. The transformation was a modern and much more functional kitchen.

As soon as we walked in their Malaga showroom we were impressed to see how they had everything we desired on display under one roof. We sat down with David and his team to discuss our proposal and outline our requirements. Their expertise really stood out. They listened, took notes of what we wanted to include in the design. The plan changed a couple of times to make sure our existing kitchen equipment would fit in the benchtop drawers. Within a few days they presented our dream kitchen in 3D.

The project was very well organised, considering the whole kitchen and bathroom were renovated at the same time. David and his team produced a schedule of work. Terry and his team at their Morley factory did a fantastic job constructing the cabinets and got them delivered on time.

QN Designs have been very flexible. Those guys were always available to handle our queries and we received an excellent service. My wife and I cannot praise them enough for the transformation and we thank David and his team, again, for all the efforts they've put in to ensure we enjoy the new kitchen for years to come.

It’s normal practise when spending large sums of money, such as renovating, to get several quotes. With this philosophy in mind we set off to visit three workshops. However, we got to QN Designs and met Ha. From thereon we never looked back nor did we need to visit other showrooms. Our kitchen kept it’s tiles and cabinets. We replaced stove, oven, sink, benchtop and door/drawer faces. Three additional overhead cupboards were added. Ha fully understood our needs. He never redirected us from our goal but provided us with his design knowledge allowing us to get the perfect kitchen for our needs. QN Designs' tradespeople were the best, taking their time to do a perfect job. Even laser horizontal alignment assured everything was lined up. Not easy in a fifty year old house. Without reservation we would highly recommend Ha and QN Designs to do your kitchen renovation. They deliver an excellent product on time, at exceptionally good prices and outstanding quality.

2nd Review We recently moved home and needed the kitchen remodelled. Ha at QN Designs was our first port of call. So happy with the first kitchen QN Designs did for us we got their expertise again. A completely new kitchen doubled the storage and got rid of the dark chocolate brown cupboards.
