I needed a relatively urgent tropy done up and Brendon and Karen (and their team) did an incredible job sorting it out for me. They helped me make all the decisions and even though they were incredibly busy, they still took the time to look after me. I'm so unbelievably happy not just with the the trophy they did up for me (within 24 hours I might add!!) but the level of customer service I recieved. This is a genuine small business that values it's customers. I will definitely be returning again...

The most AMAZING business! We had a mix up (my fault) in the final date to pick up our cricket trophies. Karen went above and beyond giving her own time to make it happen, not once did she panic. Karen made time to finish the trophies outside of hours to deliver fantastic quality trophies just as we had ordered. I'm not shopping anywhere else. Amazing WA...
