I Absolutely Love it here & also at anytime of the day or night, I went there at midnight & the water was Absolutely Wonderfully Warm considering that Summer had just recently finished & that it was midnight but on this occasion I only stayed within the shallow region/area of Back Creek which is just before the big bridge that has been designed for daring people of all ages to jump off of it, there is also 2 smaller jumping bridges for people to jump off of, I haven't jumped off of any of them yet but I must say I do enjoy watching others do the big jump, I've seen so many people game enough to jump the big bridge, you have some- tiny, small, big, scared, brave, daring, backwards, somersault, doubles, triples, groups, so many different kinds to watch, such a enjoyable experience, You can do some great fishing there also or have a BBQ, there's also toilets with a wheelchair accessible toilet also, you can walk to the beach as you can hear and see the beach from Back Creek Bridge as Back Creek Bridge becomes a part of the Beach also & is also tidal like the Beach. Its a Brilliant Place to go & be at & a Great Place for the...

Back Creek is a favourite of residents & visitors. On an incoming tide grab a noodle, you can float up one side & down the other. The bridge has a platform off to one side. So refreshing on a warm day, good for swimming & snorkelling, Kayaks & standup boards are also popular sites on the water. Bring your doggie they will enjoy the water also…. One disappointing issue, the once very popular cafe/restaurant Back Creek Cafe has closed with no signs of opening again. As did the Boat Shed on the River. Not all is lost, bring a picnic, grassed & seated areas dotted around, clean amenities & an out door shower. Highly...

It creates a lovely little circuit over to the beach and back around again if you like your walks on the beach. It provides a great little swimming spot on the right tide in the creek on a hot day and a great fishing spot! This was an awesome spot. So great for the kids. Calm beautiful water and stunning views. The tide goes in and out so be aware if the time. There are toilets on site and a good car park area. You can jump off the bridge, its super high approx. 8 to 10m. Way too high for me but the teenagers LOVED IT. Highly recommend to check this out if you are in South West Rocks area 💙💙💙🌴🌴🌴☀️☀️☀️
