Chatime Westpoint Blacktown — Attraction in Sydney

The product is good but the staff is just concerned about making members. We ordered our drinks .. i was asked if i am a member and i said yes.. so expected her to ask me for my card. But she just charged me and when I asked about the points. .. i was told its too late. The transaction has been through. I cant get the points now. Next time I should be fast enough to do it myself and scan my card there. I have no clue why she asked me if i am a member and on hearing YES.. she didn’t bother giving me points. Only concerned about making members. Not impressed by the service...

They have good seating space, taro chai is great.

Chatime is famous for its delicious boba tea. While also coming in different flavours they also offer different pearls (those boba bubbles in the tea) such as: grape jelly, fruit pearls etc. The place we got our boba tea from was Westpoint, Blacktown. We had taro milk tea with extra pearls. If you get taro as well then I suggest always getting pearls and even better extra pearls, as the combined taste is...

Every Chatime I go to, when ordering red bull tea drink - always put a full can. Paying $9.20 and the lady with blonde eyebrows put half a can. Asked them to redo it. They did it but so rudely. No apology nothing. Read the description on how to make it from the head office - it must contain a full can. If they don’t put the full can, you can tell the difference in taste. Do better.
